When we ordered our food, the cashier lacked communication with us. He's a Filipino guy a little chubby. I am a Filipino too and I didn't want to make a big deal out of this but we have to say that we had a bad experience at this store today. My family and I ordered, he didn't make suggestions so we assumed that he understands that we wanted meals. Sure, one of our order is a coffee and a pastry but we didn't know that our Turkey sandwich was partnered up with the coffee and pastry. I don't even get how a pastry can be partnered up with the turkey sandwich. So we went back to the cashier and asked where the hash brown and drink for the turkey sandwich, they did explained to us that it wasn't part of the order we paid for and yes it wasn't but we assumed, as a customer, that it would be there. And to add on to this, the breads for our soup is too hard and it seemed like it was reheated a couple of times already from before it was served to us. And so I ordered the hash brown and a coke for the turkey sandwich. I asked if I could get a discount a discount for the hash and coke since we were gonna get it with a turkey as a meal. It is their fault for messing up our order and I was hoping they could fix it but hey didn't. I paid for the hash and coke in a full price. Very disappointed. They did not ask if we wanted it for to stay or to go. We wanted to eat inside and they packed our order to go. They didn't ask if we wanted whip cream in our mocha and hot choco, only our mocha had a whip cream because I asked for it and my grandma didn't get to say what she wanted because she assumed that there would be a whip cream in her hot choco.

Very slow service when I was there. The only person on cash was also preparing trays for previous orders instead of taking new ones. Most of the staff seemed preoccupied with handling drive-thru orders. I guess those take priority over people who walk in. Not acceptable.

The choice is very limited too, no timbits stuffed here :( too early in the morning, not available, around noon, there is more, the evening, too late.Yeah, must be lucky to have a choice! it's really loud around 3pm. Fairly quick considering the tourist volume. Could use expanded bathrooms; every time I am in Jasper there is a big line for the two individual bathrooms. Otherwise the Tim Hortons experience you get anywhere else.

They have removed tea lattes from their tills yet they can still make them. Every other Timmies, I've been to, will make them. This one refused...quite rudely. I went down the street to a cute downstairs coffee shop and got an amazing latte.

Ridiculously busy spot during the AM hours. Could wrap the line up outside the building. Otherwise nice facility, friendly staff. And despite how busy it was order served quickly. Also, coffee is true to what they say freshly brewed. Been to a few tim locations and they like to give me bottom of the pot. (I hate the burnt taste)

I mean, it's Tim Hortons. The reason the rating is so low is because every pick up order I've ever made has been wrong in some way. Also, I was being verbally assaulted by a man in the restaurant who was mad at me for asking he please give me 6 feet space because he refused to wear a mask. The man was yelling at me that he would "teach me respect outside", and the staff did literally nothing. They just stood there, and wanted my order.

The worst Tim Hortons in Canada I've been too. Three girls working and all moving at the slowest pace humanly possible. I had to be fast to catch my train and they were just working at their pace. I came in with one person ahead of me. It took 10 minutes to get one sandwich! And the person in front of me only had a small order. By the time I left the line up was over 6 people long. Just super inefficient for a Tim Hortons.

!!!!AVOID!!!!! Utterly terrible and despicable food. Granted it is a Tim Hortons, expectations are already low. However, back in Sask. Romaine lettuce is used and the sliced cheese is typically of the sunspun slices, not Kraft singles. This location used wet, sloppy Kraft single esque cheese. (Nearly white in coloration) and shredded iceberg lettuce for my B.E.L.T... on top of that the egg was pert-near frigid along with the bacon. !!!!!AVOID!!!!!

We came here to grab a quick breakfast last Sunday at 8AM. There were 7 people in line ahead of us. 15 minutes later there were still 3 people waiting to be helped before us. We left! This is bad customer service. Tim Horton's system seems to be to take one order and then the staff taking the order walks away to fill the order, meanwhile no one else is being helped in line. There were 3 or 4 employees running around behind the counter with no help taking new orders. In every other place like this, one person takes orders and the other staff fill the orders. When we left the line was at least 10 people waiting to be helped. Tim Horton's needs to revise their customer service system before I will return.

Very slow, seemed to be out of a lot of items. Ordered a bagel and asked for Swiss cheese instead of the processed cheddar. Made sure to verify that she understood that I did not want cheddar. Asked for, and paid for extra bacon. When I received my bagel it had both Swiss and cheddar on it. When I took it back to the counter I was greeted with an eye roll. The sandwich was re made hastily and when I opened it it did not have extra bacon and it wasn't even toasted. So I took it back to the counter and requested the extra bacon I had ordered and paid for, and AGAIN had eyes rolled at me. C'mon ladies! Get it together! VERY slow, and VERY poor customer service.

I went to this location late on a Saturday evening this past summer and was surprised to find that everything there was still fairly fresh. Friendly Staff, we're a regular and they usually know our order. They ask none of this today? Considering they get hundreds of customers or more that they can remember our voices and our orders. Very rare when an order gets messed up. No one is perfect. To go into timmies it is a great environment, nice atmosphere. Very chill even when it's super busy.

Expect long wait times during tourist season, but these guys know what they are doing. During tourist season, poor weather brings in even more people, because everyone wants a warm drink. Park father away and walk (no drive thru, very limited parking). You won't be disappointed with this Tims, if you can handle the crowds.

***putting one star because I can’t give 0*** I have NEVER had the correct order from this location when I order online. I tend to order online so I beat the lines and don’t spend much time in the building. However, it seems like the staff struggle to read online orders. It’s quite unfortunate. Today is the day I’m officially over it and thought I’d let people know that yet again there’s another Tim Hortons that can’t get an order right. I used to work in fast food for 5 years, it’s really not that hard. I’m sorry to see that staff seem to feel otherwise.

Tim Hortons Jasper is very busy but they move the people fast and efficient. The bathrooms are really dirty and I told the cashier it needs attention but never saw anyone to attend to it. The staffs are nice though and they seem happy working there.

The location is great, however, i was disapointed with the lack of products on offer when we went. We arrived in jasper at 7pm after a 12hr train ride and just wanted a quick dinner. Tim Hortons had several products unavailable including crispy chicken and wedges. While this is not a deal breaker, it was really disappointing considering it was dinner time.

Coffee is the best tasting. No stingy taste like Timmins and Sudbury. Donuts are good when available. Many times out of certain flavor. All other foods are well prepared although everyone makes mistakes. The place needs a overhaul. Also found the floors dirty. Washrooms not the cleanest and so are all the Tim Horton. Maybe something for head office to look into with all Tim Hortons.

Most of the staff are great. A lot of times the service inside is too slow. In drive thru, there's coffee & tea grinds in my drinks. Inside the store, food orders are slow. I would recommend more staff working from about 4pm & later. The inside of the building is falling apart. Repairs are long overdue.

We had to make a slight detour through Iriquois Falls on our way to Moonbeam, ON. Our target was Tim Horton's as we had to get lunch. Great staff and usual selection of food. Washrooms were clean and ample parking space for our cars with trailers.

If you like stale doughnuts, this is the place to go. Odd how this could happen mid-afternoon when a Via Train was set to come in - tons of people around, so really no explanation, unless they bake all of their doughnuts at 6am and none throughout the day... in which case, yuck. Service was quick. Iced cap was the correct consistency.

This store is probably one of the slowest stores I’ve ever seen. Takes 20 mins to get a coffee from in store lineup. This is an everyday thing. Not to mention the language barrier. Asked for some details on the remaining number of Tim’s hockey cards and one of the employees was completely rude about it and didn’t wanna go check.
