My experience at Kia of Timmins was absolutely fantastic. Not only were the staff friendly, but they had great knowledge and understanding of their products and services. Throughout my experience purchasing my first new car Linda Stewart among all the other associates were very thorough and assured that I knew every in and out of everything available to me. They discussed each step from all my financing options, each model and what they included and shared their personal opinions about different models. They were great to show me all the feautures available with my vehicle and ensured that I understood all of my warranty options. I felt very comfortable making this purchase and did not feel like I was pressured to purchase anything. This is the second vehicle I have bought at Kia of Timmins. After years of being a loyal GM customer, I shopped around following an unpleasant experience. I initially came to Kia due to the company's high ratings with Consumer Reports. Boy, am I ever glad I discovered Kia of Timmins! The sales staff care about what you, the buyer, want in a vehicle and not what they need to sell. Everyone is friendly and courteous, but also professional. They know their vehicles inside and out. I wish I could buy a new vehicle every month, just to get the Kia of Timmins treatment! Also, their service staff are absolutely top notch. They don't overbook, so the work is always done on time or earlier. They are trustworthy and simply great people to deal with. I love driving my Kia and really enjoy dealing with Kia of Timmins.

Really disappointing service ever one can find in this world. They hold my car since may, 2021 and yet never worked on it. Staff always have a same answer but nothing real. I recommend not to go in Kia of Timmins.

terrible, went there to get an electric motor for the ac/heat the garage offered to put in an after market one due to the fact it had a better warranty. the motor when it was installed blew unusually hard when on the highest setting unfortunatly i was unaware that this wasnt normal. eventually the motor burnt and damaged some fuses and melted the fusebox inside the car due to the excessive draw. i went to the garage and demanded a refund they told me only the manager can do that. good luck getting ahold of her! shes either out of the office or doesnt pickup the phone. even after calling kias head office and that office contacting the local dealership asking them to reach out to me still no phone call. do the right thing and refund me the money and the costs of the damage you caused to my vechicle. i wont remove this review until then.

The worst experience ever i have received with any dealership in Canada, they gave me a price for a used car as a "certified vehicle" and than when i called back to buy it the sales person start to change the pricing and negotiate again with me, when i changed the sale person and went to someone else they started to give me a different price again but for a different reason!! and now it will be sold as not certified vehicle !! I accepted it and asked for a close pictures for the vehicle and when i received it i found broken taillight, noticeable scratch in the driver seat and other things as well, when i asked to fix some of it they didnt even get back to me and i called them twice and they didnt answer back. Poor service and dishonest.
