I would not buy from this dealership or use them to repair your vehicle, we bought a new 2017 Ram 1500 in December 2017 paid to have a spray in liner put in , they shipped the truck to Moose Factory without the liner, when we called and told them they didn't put liner in , they said no problem bring it back and we will do the work , their mistake and they did not reimburse any of our travel money , out of pocket over $1000 to get from Moose Factory to Timmin's , they offered to refund our gas money but never did never mind the hotel costs we incurred due to their mistake. Also salesman said oh yes warranty will be covered in Moose factory no problem , 17000 km on truck 2 cv shafts already needed. Charge was $706.08 parts an labour at the only garage in Moosonee , call Chenier after being told they only cover $389 , their response ya sorry if you would have had it done here it would have been free but you had it done in Moosonee so not our problem we will credit you account for future parts $150. Before you buy go to Dealer Rater and filter on Chenier Motors there are numerous complaints about sales person MIKE and his dishonesty and lack of professionalism. STAY AWAY PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful service, I don't think they ever got it right, out of all the visits I made there. I should actually be thanking them for making my list of reputable dealerships a little bit shorter, when shopping for a new vehicle!

I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for an oil change after changing my appointement from 2pm to 1 pm at their request. I ask for a securing my back mudflap because it seem to be missing a screw and was loose they never told me how much it would cost before fixing it and charge me a total of 96.66....very disappointed.

Gotten into a accident whereas my new 2017 Ram 1500 got hit by a tire off a passing vehicle after 4 months of ownership on the highway. Front end got hit and tire knocked out of alignment. Cheniers was able to perform the repairs as no body damage was evident only mechanical. Over the course of the repair, it did take some time to complete by the service department but done extremely well and thorough. They didn't want to return my truck until they were happy with the repair. Cheniers service department ensured my truck was just like new when I got it back. Alignment was done perfectly and all repair work was top notch. They don't do a "Fast Job" but they sure do it correctly which is what I needed! I Highly recommend Cheniers for service!

Charged me one hour of Labor to tell me I need my tires balanced. Had them balanced the week before at a tire place. They didn't balance the tires that apparently needed to be balanced. Brutal.

I have owned nothing but ram and dodge vehicles and every single time I needed warranty work or and maintenance there's nothing but problems with the service. Got so bad had to call FCA on them and now I'm going to Matheson from now on... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE AND UNFRIENDLY DONT NOT RECOMMENDED EVER

Terrible, have an appointment and they bring the car in do a portion of the work and give the car back and say we have to reschedule because we didn't complete the work...... if your closing and you have a car in shop finish the work first before leaving, completely unprofessional this place is, I do not recommend bringing your car here for anything. Absolutely ridiculous. I am only giving one star because the people are friendly other then that the work that gets done and they way stuff is done is completely unacceptable.

made an appointment for 10am..brought the truck in told them I was from out of town..walked to the mall 3.5 hours later I walked back the truck had not been touched...the girl at service seemed confused as to why it hadn't been touched..had to wait 10 min to get a mechanic come up front ...I just said give me my keys and I left...so lousy customer service...I wont be back...i'll take my truck to Matheson ty.
