What an amazing vibe this lady brings when you walk in to get some work done on your clothes! I was very pleased with her attitude and vivid energy. She offered me to get the job done in 1 day and a half for Saturday before closer. We needed to get this done ASAP. She offered 3pm and it was perfect. So today we showed up late 30 after 3 and she didn't even started the dam work. requested us to come back in 30 min. The customers have a life too, if a time is promised you need to deliver period. This is called poor management. Our plans screwed up because of poor service. We showed up more than 30 minutes after as requested and for a second time they could not deliver. The young girl knew who we were and sighed... Not professional at all! This is when that lady that promised the work for 3 went on 3rd gear, caught my attention, she didn't even started my other pants! Last time.

Looking for a professional service? - LOOK ELSE WHERE!!!!! This establishment is the kind that will make you pay for their mistakes. I brought a $50.00 pair of curtains to their shop to be cut. I carefully measured, pinned and delivered them to their shop. I spoke to the employee and explained that I had already measured and pinned them at where we would like them to end. 4 days later, I pick them up, drive home and install them... they were cut too short... and more so, they did not even leave any extra material at all, which is common practice. I brought them back and complained, they said that they would "fix them" 24 hours later, I pick them up again, I drive home, I install and yes, you guessed it... TOO SHORT & NOT A STRAIGHT CUT. I called back, remained polite (the entire time) - despite the numerous repetitive responses on their end, explained the situation, and asked that they refund the service completely and pay for the brand-new curtains we had purchased days before bring them to them. The individual on the phone line remembered me clearly, and told me that the reason they were too short was that I Ironed them... and that they were not going to refund anything. - When I came to the store to pick them up the 2nd time, the lady at the store was IRONING THEM.... Excellent logic. Extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and useless. Do not trust these people with any fabric of value!!!!!!!!!!!

I got refered by a member of my family and I'm absolutely delighted to have gone there! Even though the young lady at the cash was dealing with a, dare I say, rather rude customer (I won't get into details but his anger wasn't justified and they had clearly been at it for a while), she offered great service, had a nice smile and lighthearted attitude! I dropped a pair of pants to cinch in the waist, a dress to take in the sides and another pair to hem, however, I really wasn't sure about the pants. The young lady was very honest and offered different ways to style the pants as they were and to see if I liked them that way before shorting them, she didn't try to convince me to shorten them just to make some money and I really appreciated that. I got everything the next week and everything was great! Dropped some curtains to shorten the next day, picked them up two days later and absolutely amazing job! And then many, many other times after! There was one time I didn't really like the job, so I came back with the receipt (yellow paper!) and I was thanked, literally thanked, for doing so and the job was redone for free! Anyways, they're doing great work and I strongly suggest going to visit! The prices are very low, quality work, great work ethics and attitude and fast service!
