Very friendly customer service. However, their alteration work is rather poor. I took a pair of pants in to have them hemmed, but when I receive them the stitch-work was not straight.

They are never open. I have gone three times during their posted open hours (including in the morning, in the afternoon and before they close) and there is a sign on the door saying "we'll be right back at" and a time. Today it said 1:35pm. I went at 3pm. No one is there. Again.

Went in for a coat alteration. As others have said, you step in and feel immediately comfortable. The customer service was great (bonus: they were playing Grey's Anatomy on the TV each time I went in). The alteration was high quality with a reasonable price.

Dry cleaning and alterations are both done well and very promptly; dry cleaning is usually ready for pickup the next day. It's hard to find this kind of service these days, highly recommend!

Where to begin...Monte is such an excellent business owner and is a consummate host. Very good experience. Monte is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. My girlfriends Canada goose jacket looked better than brand new after he cleaned it. My suit and dress shirts looked amazing. The price was excellent. I will be taking everything to him from now on.

Extremely poor. They messed up seams on all of my clothes that I brought there, making them unwearable until they were professionall re-pressed. Left marks and stray many stray hairs on my clothes. Clothes looked worse than when I brought them in. Zero quality. This place should not be in business. Avoid.

Awesome place for dry cleaning and alterations. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful; completely above and beyond. I went in to get a pair of pants hemmed and some shirts and suits cleaned; the owner himself answered all the questions I had, and personally suggested a pair of shoes and a belt I should wear to my sisters wedding. He even went with me to pick them out (since all I had were black shoes and a black belt) which to me was completely surreal - the level of dedication he has to his business and customer satisfaction is incredible. I had no idea what I was doing, but he took time out of his very busy day to provide me some much needed fashion advice, to no benefit of his own. I will definitely be going back and can't begin to recommend the place enough. The world needs more people like Monte.

I have never been more satisfied with an establishment. I went in and dropped off a full suit, and heard it would be ready possibly by the next day. I showed up, and to my disappointment, it needed more work. I informed the guy (and I'm upset I don't know his name) that I had a funeral the next day. He took down my information, called me 4 hours later, and told me he could have my stuff by 11am the next day. (Funeral was at 1). When I showed up, he was extremely courteous, as he was when I first arrived to drop off the suit, and went through all articles that I had dropped off and their cleanliness. He apologized, which was not needed, and said he went into "overdrive" when he found out it was for a funeral. I have never had so much care, or kindness put into any service. He is a great man (despite being a steelers fan, go Ravens) and I will reccomend his work, day in and day out. Happy that I live close to this business. Will always go back. Even if it is only to rub in a Ravens win.

Outstanding customer service. Monte really went beyond the call of duty helping me out. I needed a dress shirt dry cleaned for my wedding, and the timeline was tight. When I dropped it off, I joked that I still needed to get a jacket that day to complete my outfit, and I was hoping I could come back to him the next day to clean that. Lo and behold, the man hooks me up with a spare jacket, and even crazier, it was a perfect fit with my outfit! He ended up dry cleaning both the dress shirt and spare jacket, and they look stellar.
