I was delighted when they called me a month after I left a piece for alternation and dry cleaning to remind me to pick it up. Very uncommon but pleasant. Ali is the best. He is a perfectionist, for sure. I have brought several things to him to modify and alter and I pick them up and they are perfect! Even two dresses that were very sheer type material. The hems he put on them and how he modified the bottom of the dresses, were so lovely. Just go to him and you won't be disappointed! Terrible service - Years ago I brought in my sash for my wedding dress to be pressed. They sent it out to be done and when it was returned it was ruined. It wouldn’t lay properly when I put it on. Brought it back in for them to fix it. It never was the same afterwards. I called head office only to be told someone would phone me back. I kept calling and no one ever phoned me back. I had to purchase a new sash which cost me over $100 (after the first one was that much) - anyone who has purchased a sash for a wedding dress will understand even the cheapest sash will cost you this much. I wouldn’t trust them again.

Brought him a vintage suit to be slim down to my size and he took his time explaining to me how much he can alter the suit, once he was done and the results were very satisfying.
