I was a repeat customer as my work always had our uniforms altered here and didn’t have issues but last time I went to get my blazer and pants altered. Long story short, the owner misplaced my suit pants. The worst part was the story she kept giving me. Very unprofessional, I had to keep calling and get aggressive to get an answer as to where my pants went. She finally admitted they were lost and given to another customer who is apparently always out of the country. Basically my suit is wasted because I can’t find matching pants it’s a very distinct pattern that is not easy to find. After arguing the Owner/operator did give me a 100 dollars which is not even half the cost of my suit and I’d rather have my pants. The way she handled the situation was frustrating and I will not be going back.

I was walking with my partner through Jackson Square one evening after dropping off books burrowed from the library, and saw that this place had cheap prices on hemming. I am new to the City and was hesitant on taking my newly purchased expensive jeans (and all three jeans at the same time) to a place charging so low for hemming, but I thought there is no one in the world that could mess up something as basic as hemming jeans. Boy was I wrong!! I am not a fussy person by any means, but when I tried on my jeans at home none of the three pairs of jeans looked to be the length that I had agreed to when I tried on my jeans at this business. So I took my jeans to another alteration business and they pointed out that none of the jeans were cut equal length from left leg to right leg, and each pair of jeans were cut at a different length. I am now stuck paying another alteration business 3 times what it cost me to hem my jeans at this business, and I am now hoping that my expensive jeans will be salvaged. Do your clothes a favour and STAY AWAY from this place!! Pay a little more and get your clothes altered correctly. I am not a picky person, nor am I disgruntled customer who is being unfair. My review is honest and accurate.
