Quality Cleaners repaired my Gucci handbag. It had some distressing on around the leather edges and the inside white canvas liner was dirty. They fixed the leather edges you couldn’t even tell the handbag looked brand new again. They also cleaned the inside canvas for me without me asking. They went above and beyond. I was thrilled as it was my favorite purse .I would highly recommend them. They were efficient, meticulous and very well priced. Well deserved 5 stars!!

I was initially very nervous to have my Canada Goose coat cleaned here. Ramy took the time to explain the process to me and answered my (many, many) questions with great knowledge and patience. The pick up/drop off process was very easy and Ramy worked to coordinate a pick up and drop off time that worked for me. My coat was cleaned really well and you can tell that Ramy takes a lot of pride in what he does. I wont hesitate to use his services again in the near future! Thanks, Ramy!

I brought my Wilfred Wool Coat and Aritzia wool scarf here, at first I was hesitant as I have had bad experiences at other dry cleaners before but let me just say I would recommend Quality Care Cleaners to ANYONE! Not only did they dry clean my coat and scarf in a timely manner, but they did an amazing job at cleaning both items! I cannot recommend this place enough. I think this place has become my go-to for all my dry cleaning needs. I brought in my Mackage jacket recently as I had gotten some really bad black stains on it (possibly motor oil?). The jacket is a beige colour so the stains were very apparent. They did an amazing job and now my jacket looks like new. They're super honest with what they can do and I appreciate that. Great customer service as well. My jacket was ready in about 2 days which was great! Highly recommend.

I have given my Mackage bomber in for a dry cleaning service. I must say that their service is extremely professional . The jacket fur was very clean and soft, also they were able to get rid of the hard to remove dirt that was on the front of the jacket before I gave it in. Jacket looks brand new and best of all, the provide delivery service which is included ! I would definitely recommend to get your valuables taken care of with Quality Care Cleaners.

Excellent service ! I found out that they process every order separate and they don't mix customers orders for better quality. I noticed when I took my stuff back that the colours looks way more nicer and my black Canada goose looks real black and my pants have no iron shiny marks like other dry cleaners. Great place for dry cleaning and prices are excellent for what you get. I recommend this place !

Excellent service and results. I was looking for a place that would clean my large sofa covers that are quit large and has a somewhat complex shape. I have two kids and I had food stains all over....Quality Care Cleaners had happily taken up the job to clean them and a week later my sofa looks brand new. A business truly shows who they are in the way they deal with a customer after a sale is completed. Not many places I know, go out of their way to understand and care about their clients like Quality Care Cleaners. After encountering an issue with my dry cleaning, the owner of the company went above and BEYOND what I expected to find out what my issue was and to correct it. The owner took the time to hear me out and propose solutions to help my situation and ensured that at the end of the day the service was perfect. I have read reviews below that try to make it look like the owner does not care when an issue occurs, but I can guarantee that these are absolutely false. I was extremely surprised by the time and passion the owner took to look after me. Thank you for treating me so kindly!!! The dry cleaning service itself was done immaculately. My wedding dress was cleaned very very quickly within the week, which I was decently surprised about as other places take on average three weeks. The most pleasant surprise was getting a phone call and a text reminder that my dry cleaning was done (it took the guessing out or having to follow-up). They were also very kind to give me a fair price! I would highly recommend Quality Care Cleaner! You can have ease of mind that you're in good and honest hands and that your dry cleaning will be done excellently.

They called me to check the dress before they preserve it and i was so impressed how clean and bright. Few days after i got a text message to let me know that my order is ready. This dry cleaner was recommended by many friends and decided to give it a try. Took my suede purse for cleaning from oil food stains. I had no hope that this stains will come off however the staff on the front counter where so helpful and made me feel good. They told me that they will do their best to clean and restore it. After couple weeks I received a text message on my phone that my order is ready. And guess what! My purse looks like brand new! I bought 2 pairs of suits from Hugo Boss a few weeks back. I was trying to look around for alteration places, and my friend recommended this place for me so I decided to give it a shot. At first, I had a slight confusion trying to find the place, but once I did, it was a gem. Staff were really kind, service was really good, and most importantly, quality of their service was amazing. I had gone back for 3 newly-bought dress pants, and was not disappointed with the results. I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

Unfortunately they over charge for alterations! I recently brought my bridesmaids dress in to have the waist brought in, straps shortened and to have the overall dress shortened. They quoted me $250 not including tax, the dress itself cost $250. Not know any better I paid and left my dress. After calling and complaining to other bridemaids I was told they were getting the exact same things done to their dresses at a way lower cost. I immediately returned to cancel my request and one of the employees told me I would never find anywhere cheaper than what they were charging. After one quick visit to a seamstress, I was only charged $101 for the exact same services.

I brought in a wool sweater to be dry cleaned. When picking it up, it felt like it was coated in fabric conditioner and very unpleasant to the touch. It also left for stretching and somehow was returned shorter than it arrived. The owner reacher out to me and was happy to offer a refund for the service. It is great to know that the company works hard to ensure all clients are happy with the services. Although it didn't work out for my sweater, I am pleased with the level of customer service and effort to rectify the situation.

I dropped my wool P-coat with one of the cashiers for the first time there. After reading the many reviews on this page, I was still skeptical but decided to give it a try. It's easy to make a business look good with fake reviews but let me tell you that this place does live up to their customer service. The service I got was that of 5 business days but read the receipt wrong and thought I would be able to pick it up the next day. However, when I got there, I was told by the owner himself that he would expedite my order and make it ready for the next day, all pressed and delinted at no extra charge. Well let me tell you that this is how you treat customers and make sure they come back. I will surely come back and drop a few suits I have and even alter some. Thank you Rami, you're honestly an amazing person.

This place is absolutely excellent for dry cleaning and alterations. I had great experience. my clothes looks fresh and all stains came off. when i went to pick up my order, one of the customer service representative made me look over my whole order to make sure i have no concerns or questions and she explained to me how they treated the stains. I also had my suit altered and they did amazing job. they contacted me for 2nd fitting appointment to confirm the alterations. very professional and great customer service!
