Over the phone, the price of the dress alterations were "up to $19". In real life (the next day) it became $45. She didn't even give us a notice about the price before she started the alteration. Poor service from the lady in my opinion.

I have had two dresses altered here. I have also had several pants hemmed here. I used to go to Stitch It but Pioneer offers alterations for much cheaper and quicker. Great customer service, reasonable prices and quick service. Recommended.

Horrible service, no knowledge of quality alteration & very high prices! Hemming cost 48.00 thatthey won't tell you ahead of time either! Went back second time for some other business and they were looking at me like an enemy. What a bunch! Never again......
