Went for repairing a leather bag. She needs to learn costumer service. I say please, thanks, sure. She says ... how am i supposed to fix this! ... well it's your job. You tell me how you'll fix it and how much then i pay you. That's how it works. I do not recommend going there at all. I never give bad reviews like this but I've never been treated so badly for ... nothing wth....

If i could put 0 stars i would... this woman has no respect for customers at all... I took my ysl heels to get a protected sole and a new heel rubber, these are 1000$ shoes, omg did she mess them up... plus when i came to pick them up she was giving me attitude saying she was closing at 3 and it was about 245... she told me she takes only cash i had to send my husband to grab cash, as she was rushing me out... she charged me 35$b for garbage work. ppl like this should NOT own anything customer service related. Never going back again!!!!!!!!! YOU GUYS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.

Wouldn't even try to fix my belt . Or repair my 2 fanny packs the way I wanted . Price's are way too High cost more to Stitch two small areas than I paid for them I might as well buy brand new.
