Krystyna did a fabulous job of altering my wedding dress! I did not have to pull up my strapless dress all night long and to me that is just amazing! It fit perfectly around my bust and waist and was just soo flattering! Krystyna is so experienced in alterations and you can tell she really knows what she is doing, especially in bridal. Her recommendations on shoes, necklace and undergarments were spot on. And her prices are very fair considering how flawless her work is.

I was looking for alterations for my wedding dress, a fit and flare Lazaro, that I bought in Chicago. None of the bridal boutiques would alter a dress that was bought from another store. I moved to Canada and had no idea where I was going to get my alterations done. Upon using google, I found Krystyna. At first I had reservations because there wasn't many reviews. Her studio is beautiful! There are racks and racks of dresses and a beautiful wedding store. She has two work stations and a mirror from every angle with a platform. Krystyna works harder than anyone I know and willing to work around your schedule. She has so many years experience and I trusted her 100%. She sewed in a corset because my dress did not have any structure and hemmed about 10 layers of fabric. Krystyna gives each client individual attention and does amazing work! I've got nothing but great things to say about Krystyna and her small business. My wife and I used her for the wedding without any problems, she was very timely and fantastic to deal with. Just recently she fixed my winter jacket due to some problem stitches by the manufacturer, she went above and beyond by reinforcing the rest of the stitches so the problem wouldn't happen again on the other side. Overall I would highly recommend Krystyna for your alterations.

After being turned away by 2 other seamstresses because my alterations were "too difficult" and they didn't feel comfortable enough attempting it, I called Krystyna! She told me my alterations were easy and no problem at all. She did an AMAZING job on my dress!! It turned out exactly how I wanted and fits like a dream!!!

Incredibly disappointed. I picked up my dress after the second fitting, when Krystyna said it was finished. When I received it back (I was only able to pick it up because of the lockdown), the dress hemline was not finished and one side of my dress was 2.5 inches longer than the other (which, caused the dress to fall weirdly). Additionally, the dress had to get taken in, and it was not properly done. There were areas of the dress bulging from the side (which, made me look lumpy). It cost me almost $700. Not to mention, the bustle made me look like a box. I got to drop the dress off (curb side) at another seamstress who did fix my dress and made it look gorgeous; they asked me how I wanted it to look, and I said tight (because it was still too big)--they walked me through taking my own measurements at home, and he re-did the dress perfectly (including the hem, bustle, and taking it in)--that cost me another $500. They use to work with Krystyna and said she is too busy to provide quality work. Thank god for this seamstress!! I'm insanely disappointed and wish she didn't accept me as a client if she did not have time.

Krystyna is not only the best at what she does, but she is efficient and so helpful. My bridesmaid dresses came in so late that I was just considering changing their dresses altogether, but krystyna reassured me that everything would be completed on time and she was amazing! I have already highly recommended her to other people because of how good she is.

Did nothing but criticize by dress and the store. Went in wanting a corcette and she wouldn’t put one in. Cut my dress when I picked up because she didn’t hem one of the layers. Didn’t take the zipper off of my “open back” dress. Thanks!

Krystyna did an incredible job altering my wedding dress - she made it fit like a glove while still comfortable for me to sit and dance in. She created a bustle in the back of the dress that perfectly upheld the shape of the dress so that it was not pulling down too much. She was super accommodating with scheduling appointment times, always able to fit me in during the evenings after work. Not only was her work outstanding, but Krystyna was such a lovely woman to work with. She is so warm and made me feel like family. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for dress alterations!

What an incredible lady, who made my beautiful store bought wedding dress absolutely awesome. I have sewn for many years, but their was no way I could alter my own dress. How lucky for me I met Krystyna. She met with me one day, I went back for one more visit and then picked up my gorgeous dress on the third visit. Krystyna altered my wedding dress and she took a lot of time with me and was extremely patient explaining in detail what needed to be done. She has a lot of decades of experience as a seamstress for bridal shops. She is very meticulous and does the alterations to perfection. She did it correct the first time so there's no issues with going back several times to fix it. I would highly recommend her for your wedding dress alterations. You won't find anyone better in London.
