So today I did my laundry at this place, and I have to tell yah, this is the place I'd recommend. Why? it's highly organised well with the right people. Their machines re superbly crafted for all your clothes. that's why I gave it a 5 Stars. I washed my pillows there and it came out like it was never been used before, they can service your clothes for you, and all you have to do is pick up. And of course, the fare is descent, that's why the service is great.

Went here to get a dress cleaned today that I looked at the morning of the event I was going to, it had stains all over it! This place had friendly service and got my dress store-bought clean in 1.5 hours! It was great! It was also on a Saturday when all the other places would not do same day cleaning! They destroyed my wedding dress, it's ripped and and wrinkled with holes from the cleaning process, the flower on the dress is gone. It looks like they threw the wedding dress into the washing machine. First they said they would fix it but it took 2 weeks to tell me it's not their fault and that it came like that and they yelled and threatened me when I asked for my dry cleaning money back and they'll call the police (I wasn't even yelling or screaming at them).

This is in response to your response to Sara Sulaiman's post since you blocked her: You are liars. The day I picked up my drapes, you said, "Oh you know there's a hole in your curtain?" You skimmed through the layers without opening them and then told me "Sorry, I must be mistaking yours with someone else's". You are right, I should have opened them right in front of you and refused to pay you but I took your word for it and trusted that you are a reputable company and you would not be that sneaky. I got home and did not open them right away because I was leaving them for when I'm ready to hang them up as I am eight months pregnant, I needed help. When help was available, we opened them up the night before I brought them to you. I respectfully spoke to your co-worker who was far more professional than you and we agreed to leave the torn curtain for you to review and see if it can be fixed. When I saw you, you immediately attacked me verbally and told me, "it's not my problem". Also, it does not state anywhere in your return policy that you have 7 days to dispute any issues. Let me remind you that you said, "It's not your fault my curtains cannot withstand your cleaning machine" which is mind boggling since people that take their items to dry cleaners' because they are supposed to be gentle and efficient, but I know that was definitely not the case. You threw my curtains in the washing machine and the hole is clearly the result of the curtain being caught on the machine during the spinning cycle. You are absolutely pathetic and money hungry. Let me correct you, it was ME who called the police on you because you were so disrespectful and inconsiderate to the fact that my 2 children were petrified with the way you were speaking to me. Shame on you for putting another human being through so much stress because you are greedy and cannot take responsibility for your mistakes. You should be ASHAMED of yourself. No matter what you claim I am, we BOTH know you're the liar. This man will be so sweet and friendly before you pay, but don't buy anything he says. I hope this review helps someone to think twice about these people. I wish I read the consistent negative reviews before I came to this man. Thank you for ruining my curtains, for causing me and my children grief and anxiety and for robbing me $80. You are truly disgusting.

Stop searching! Gracious Cleaners is the place to go. My boyfriend got some white paint on his brand new lululemon shorts. I tried to apply stain remover then soaked them in water in hopes it would work but no luck.. I then put them in the washing machine.. still nothing. TWO DAYS LATER I decided to take them to Gracious Cleaners to see if anything could be done with them. They let me know that they couldn’t make any promises because they had already been through the wash but they were still willing to try. And by some miracle they were able to make these shorts look BRAND NEW again. THANK YOU Gracious Cleaners!!! I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else.

This place is DEPLORABLE! I took a blouse with NO STAINS and a skirt with NO STAINS and it took them A WEEK to have them ready for me to pick up!! They told me it would be TWO days and they didn't even call to tell me they would need more time. They are full of excuses, saying that the "cold weather makes their machines not work as well." They didn't even apologize, the man who works at the front is VERY RUDE and when I confronted him about how much longer my clothing took, he told me never to come back!! I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Decided to go here after reading all the great reviews - worst decision I could have made. My two white blouses were turned a pink colour. When I asked to speak to the manager he was not in so I had to come back. When I did return, before I could even explain what the issue was, the Manager/Owner had made the decision that I was lying, threatened to review the cameras and said he would not give back the items unless I paid. Turns out his employee accused me of not wanting to pay for their services, lied about the initial colour of the blouses, and then hid behind the Owner when he was accusing me of lying. I had never experienced such disrespect and dishonesty in any business before. If it wasn't for his wife who stepped in, I am not sure how far this would have escalated. She offered to rectify the situation, but I had to come back once again. At this point I wanted my blouses white again and worst case the damage was already done. I returned later that day and the manager/owner apologized because apparently it turns out I was not lying. He still made me pay to get my items back and they are not even close to their original colour. Apparently if I returned they would do another process that will help, for free, but I am not ever going back. Took it to another dry cleaners and they managed to get my blouses white again and did not charge me. Lucky for those who have had a great experience here.

Outstanding service! Brought a shirt and pants to him 20 minutes before close told the owner it was an emergency and needed the shirt and pants for the next day. He calmly got on the phone explained my situation to his worker and went to pick her up. I have never experienced such service in my entire life. By the way the shirt and pants came out fantastic. My own experience at this was excellent, they cleaned my jacket in only 2 and a half hours for only an extra charge of $10, and they gave me a charger to charge my phone when my phone died when I came to pick up the jacket, and they offered me water as well while I was waiting for my phone to charge.

One of the worst places to deal with. Horrible customer service, horrible job on the services they provide. Gave 2 pants to get hemmed and dry clean. First they tell me it’s ready in 2 daysand you can pick it up. Fine. Came in and the older man goes your pants are not ready yet. The least they could do is call and tell me to come at a later date as I don’t live close by. I come to pick it up and the stains on my white clothes were exactly the same. I don’t understand what kind of dry clean service couldn’t get chocolate stain out of white pants. Then they say the machine wasn’t working past 2 days and that’s why we couldn’t do it in time. If the machine wasn’t working how did they claim to dry clean. Kind of counter intuitive. Finally came in to pick up my hemmed pants and dry clean clothes. Pants weren’t even hemmed to the sample I had given them. They were 2 inches longer and the stains still on the polo and pants. Yet they have the audacity to ask for money right off the back and don’t have courtesy to give a discount on the horrible service they provided. Then once I got home I called back and I believe the son or the young guy with curly hair picked up and didn’t apologize and yes I got aggressive because of the way he was talking and has the audacity to tell me don’t come back and we are not doing anything again. Do no recommend this place to anyone because clearly they don’t know how to speak to a customer and definitely will take your money first and then do a horrible job on top of that.

The most unprofessional and sneaky people I have ever dealt with!! Brought them curtains and when I took them home I found a hole the size of my fist in one of them. I took them back to show the manager hoping to simply resolve the issue. He was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He said it was not his broblem and there's nothing he can do. He would not even offer to fix them or give a partial refund. He was extremely disrespectful and aggressive although i was speaking to him calmly. Please check your items thouroughly before you pay! They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and you will get ripped off! Also my curtains smelt like laundry detergent and they were wrinkled. Be smart and take your items elsewhere!

I brought my Canada Goose Jacket for cleaning after searching for a few years of a good dry cleaner that won’t ruin the fur on the coat and I stumble on them as other reviewers have given them good review after having their goose jacket dry cleaned with Glarcious; therefore, I felt confident to drop it off. My coat had quite a bit of stain that was on there for a few years, colour transfer and it was dirty as my was white. After picking it up, I inspect the work and to my amazement, the stain and the colour transfer was gone. It was white and clean as if it’s brand new. Most importantly the fur that wasn’t able to detached was in its original condition. Amazing work. I will be dropping off my veil from my wedding to get the stain off it since I know they can get it off my coat. Can’t thank Glarcious enough for their wonderful work on my coat. Lisa

This is my first review of any kind on the web in my 42 years. Gracious Cleaners has been very good to my wife and I. I have to say that the owner, his wife, and the staff are always very very pleasant and greet me each time by name when I go to pickup or drop off my clothes. On a few Occasions they have gone above and beyond accomedating a special request to have a suit done extremely quick and on two other separate occasions they stayed late when I was caught at work and once in traffic. It wasnt that the store was closed and they simply were there, they were completely done for the day packed up and ready to go home but waited 20+mins for me . I have never had a bad experience or complaint regarding the quality of cleaning services. Only good service here and friendly down to earth good people. Bottom line, I would recommend Gracious cleaners to anyone because the service is great, always on time and the prices are fair. Cheers

On-site cleaners, which means you get your garments back sooner, and it’s a green business, which means no harmful chemicals. We used to always patronize the “nearest” dry cleaners, but now wish we’d discovered this place sooner - it’s close to other shops we frequent, too. Took our drapes in on Friday - they were ready for pick up on Saturday, and that’s without having to ask for rush cleaning. The owner also offered to take them to my car. ????????

If you received the service or product that you paid for, that's to be expected and not to be rewarded by a 5-Star Rating, even in this day and age. However, if the service/product you received is above and beyond what you expected, if the people you dealt with were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, polite, and the list goes on... that should be recognized and the information shared. Gracious altered a pair of suit pants that needed to be let out, beyond what the seams would allow. They came up with an amazing solution and we couldn't be happier. Took my wedding dress here to be dry cleaned and preserved 4 years after our wedding. My dress was simple but pretty delicate so I was nervous to take it anywhere. Happy to report Gracious Cleaners did an excellent job! My only advice to them, is to maybe bring in a smaller box option for preserving gowns. The box they provide is great quality, but my dress was simple so it didn't take up alot of space in the box.

I bring in my Canada Goose jacket every year and it comes back amazing. The owners of this location are fantastic and they always have me leaving pleased and happy. I have a few friends bringing there belongings here because they love the way my products turn out. I will not go anywhere else but Gracious Cleaners! Thankyou for always doing a wonderful job .

Until recently I was very satisfied with the service. However, having just emerged from a very unsatisfactory dispute resolution I am not at all happy with Gracious Cleaners. Two pairs of pants went in for cleaning and when returned to me both had substantially increased in size - one pair by 2 inches around the waist and hips and the second pair by one inch. I took them back to be steamed, hoping that they would revert to their original size. Unfortunately that did not happen. It was decided that they could go out for alteration after discussion with the owner who refused to accept any responsibility for the problem. They were taken in at a discounted rate and I was charged for this. There was never any apology and although the staff were courteous it was obvious that it was I the customer who was in the wrong. From other reviews this appears to be a repeat pattern of behaviour. Be aware that if there is a problem it will be the customer who is to blame.

Always professional and courteous and the best part is they actually do the cleaning at their location rather than sending it elsewhere and having items lost or misplaced which has happened to me in the past at other dry cleaners. I discourage anyone from using Gracious Cleaners Dry Cleaning. They are unprofessional and dishonest. I brought my wedding gown here to be cleaned and they ruined it by scrubbing the delicate fabric and causing pilling then tried to hide the damage. They refused to cover the damages. If you bring your clothing here to be dry cleaned, do so at your own risk. You may not get it back in one piece if you get it back at all.

Came here to get my winter coat dry cleaned specifically asked the guy there if he can manage to clean it properly and he repeated he can, once I come pick it up it’s full of lint and hair… I ask the lady working that day she tells me “ you came early I didn’t have time to roll it with a lint roller” told her to keep it till she’s done, no one tells me about any extra charges only to come back a couple days later, coat still has lint and hair on it and the guy tries charging me $11 extra for “premium service” lol absolute crook stay away
