I like wool pants, but the fabric will often get worn out and wholes begin to form. Other tailors that I have been to gave their shot at repairing these wholes, but they eventually open. When I thought these pants were for the garbage, I decided to salvage them one last time and decided to try Vic Master Tailor. They are ingenious. Since they made their repairs, I am back to wearing pants that other tailors would have left for dead. From the construction of the repair jobs, and from wearing them over a season already, I can see I will never need to have them repaired again - they will sooner go out of style than fall apart now. Subsequently I take all my garments now for mending and mastering. Very reasonable prices and super professional service. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to Vic’s since 2017, in fact they are the only tailors I will go to in the city. Throughout the years the husband and wife duo of Vic’s has done many jobs for me and has yet to disappoint. No matter how peculiar the idea may be; transforming my overalls into beautiful bell bottoms, or as mundane as heming my favourite jeans of that week. I had 3 African clothing items that were custom made for me, but I had gained weight and no longer fit in them. Victor was able to alter two dresses so that it fit. There was a skirt in which he couldn't modify, so he bought extra fabric from Fabricville and added it on. He did a fantastic job on all my 3 items.

Vic did a wonderful job repairing my work pants. I do work outdoors and being on my knees all day puts holes in my pants pretty quickly. I asked them to patch both knees on my pants, and hem them. They were done to prefection. He also left the extra material in my pocket which are the same size as my patches, which will be great if I need to get them patched up again! You can tell as soon as you walk into the store that Vic takes his job very seriously. I will for sure go back in the future if I need more work done. Thanks Vic!

They did an amazing job on my navy mess kit. I was being posted and I asked if he was able to do it within 2 weeks and he was able to do it, including a fitting midway. This is where indochino sends their suit to be altered once they finally get it "close". I went there to discuss the suit he was tailoring for me from indochino because I am really not happy with the cut or fit. He was very accommodating and we discussed our options. Unfortunately the suit is unacceptable and although Vic Master Tailor could have made the best out of it, it would have been him making every effort to fix a poor cut and a poor fit. If you're in the market to have a made to measure suit made and are looking at indochino, my advise would be to go to either Vic Master Tailor or Vogue and get it made right. You'll be in it for maybe more money, but certainly less hassle and frustration and stress!

All law students take heed, Vic is absolutely awesome. Super friendly service, he takes his time to make sure he measures you right the first time, and he's got an eye for what looks great and what doesn't. All of my suits, pants, and shirts are tailored by him. I've had him re-tailor all the suits I had tailored at other places because he does a much better job than any tailor i've had before. His prices are great and he is extremely talented at his job. Literally could not be more happy with a tailor than Vic, he's a master.
