Just had the best customer service experience with sales rep Ryan. He knew exactly what I wanted and was able to give me awesome deals as well on the formal wear I got for my wedding. I saved over $250.00 buying separate pieces rather then a full suit. Lots of sales on as they are clearing out their formal wear inventory for good. Thanks for making my day Ryan.

Really expected more out of this shop, but unfortunately it disappointed greatly. Rented a suit for a wedding, got measured and when it came back it was not fitting at all. I didn't feel like the manager wanted to have the rental suit to actually fit properly. The shirt came out way too large around the stomach(and I'm still a little over weight myself), the jacket was loose like a double breasted suit(and this was not a double breasted suit...). Accommodations were finally made for the jacket after arguing for some time. I was told there was nothing I could do to get a shirt that would fit me, so I had to buy the shirt outright and bring it to my own tailor. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location at least...

Very little stock in store, ridiculously expensive products and abysmal online shopping. A Amazon I shall go, at least they have affordable big and tall products with fantastic delivery and simple returns. The in store staff however are spectacular! Very friendly and professional, but I am not going in store to buy customer service.

Good place for sport jackets. I got one on sale at 55% off for $140 all taxes in. Good service that isn't smarmy, just prompt and efficient. I needed a jacket for a funeral that night and I was in and out in twenty minutes.

Excellent store for the hard to fit man. They have a great selection of both dress wear and casual wear and the staff is great. I dropped in to purchase one pair of docker style pants and left with two pair of dockers a pair of jeans and a couple shirts the pricing was great and they had everything altered and hemmed for me the next afternoon. Incredible service, I'll continue to shop the Merivale Road location in the future.

They have really good sales periodically for people who need larger sized clothes. When I was there, I was able to get 4 pairs of denim and 4 polo shirts for 70% off. Without that discount, the bill would have been close to $1000 and was able to get it for $350 including tax.

Stopped going here a while ago , I was trying on different coloured shirts, after the salesman saw me grab a second shirt he told me that I could only try on one shirt per visit... If this is actually a true store policy it's stupid and will drive customers away, if this was a rogue employee the issue should be addressed

I don't have a big and tall in my town, so I drove 1 hour to another town, in order to try on clothes and confirm my sizes for online orders. I then ordered some sale items, and was unable to check my email for approx 10 days. I just received my order, only to discover that 3 of the 4 items I had ordered, turned up out of stock, and were arbitrarily removed from the order. I called and was advised that the items could not be replaced with similar items, but that I could try ordering again. I do not fault the lady on the phone, as there appeared to be nothing she could do about it, but it does nothing to help my situation. I was counting on those clothes for family photos this weekend, and was left with nothing but an indifferent shrug. Bad customer service B&T. No impressed!

The tailor is excellent. I always feel a bit silly wandering out with a Mr Big and Tall bag with my tailored clothes, lol, but the tailor is top-notch and is often in the store. Always efficient and friendly service as well.

The last time I went in I felt Ignored I came in looking for a shirt and shorts he pointed out where they were in the store and then went to the back corner talking to the other employee. I was obviously having trouble after trying on several different things. I wish there was another location. Since this the only place to actually get big clothes. I might have to try online I guess cuz I really don't want to go back.
