I gave upon them years ago- Took in a classic linen dress - the linen was subtle weave of two tones and on the dress as accents were authentic mother of pearl buttons exactly to match the colors in the weave. This was not a cheap dress. The clerk put tinfoil on to protect the buttons- nothing was said to me about this. When I got the dress back and the tinfoil was taken off in front of me, some of the buttons were broken. These buttons raised the design of the dress above the ordinary. I was shocked and annoyed to say the least, knowing full well that I would never find buttons like them and without them the dress was quite ordinary. The clerk then pointed to a small print item on my receipt saying that they were not responsible for any damage to buttons! Why didn't she bring thisvto my attention BEFORE they took possession of it and took it to the back where they put tinfoil over the buttons. I walked out and left the dress. It was ruined. Another time I took a handknit Scottish sweater to them that was worth over $150. It had a smallish stain on the front ..When it came back it obviously had been roughly SCRUBBED where the stain was located and the colors had run. It toowas ruined. THIS TIME I was furious and asked for the owner-'he wasn't in- I left my name and phone # He apparently was never in, because I phoned numerous times- never there and never called me. So 2 fairly expensive items ruined and no appology and no restitution. My feeling after these two bad experiences was to stay away .

Rob Gillum

They did a nice job but ouch, $25 to dry clean a dress. This country is very expensive to live in. I don't know how some of these people manage.

Doc Halliwood

they ruined my 2 designer scarves - ripped and torn when i got it back. NEVER EVER again.

Richard Carrier

Cost far less than anywhere else and never had an issue for the years I've gone there.

Guanxiong Gong

My Canada Goose just significantly shank!

The people that run this place are the rudest bunch of people I have ever come across. I have been a client for years and the way they spoke and treated me on the phone makes my jaw drop. For someone that spends upwards to 8-900 dollars per month in dry cleaning you would think they would at least attempt to have a touch of customer service. I can appreciate that they may have had a fire recently and might be stressed, but that doesn't give them the right to treat their clients like total garbage. I will make sure everyone knows to avoid this place and their shabby customer service. They should remember its their clients that help them keep the lights on.

MD

You don’t come across these type of rudeness in service industry that often. At least I know for a fact haven’t come across up until this one. I’d rather drive to the next town than going there

Fadi Chater

Quick service

Kate Langman

Called to ask a question about their cleaning services and found the person who answered the phone rude. I also asked about fur and at first they said they can not clean fur at their location, and when I called back it changed to yes we can. I wouldn't trust that!!! Most places can't clean fur properly and to say she wasn't really listening to me the first time I called, hmm no thanks!
