This gentlemen was extremely rude. I called his store and there was no answer so I hung up. I then received a call to my phone at a later time and not recognizing the number I answered politely as usual. The person on the phone asked "who is this" and I said in a very polite manner that they called me to which he responded in an extremely ignorant manner "no, you called me so I am just going to hang up" and proceeded to hang up on me. This was not only an extremely unprofessional exchange but also a very rude and unnecessary way to treat a human being let alone a potential customer.
