The customer service at this place was AWESOME. I came in to pick up my jacket and pants after their alterations ( the lady who sold me the jacket was phenomenal at finding me the right size). I then left to go looking for a pair of dress shoes. After a few stores without finding something I liked I stopped to look at a map at one of the entrances. It was there that one of the employees saw me as he was leaving and asked me what I was looking for. When I said dress shoes he recommended checking marshals, because they often have good quality shoes for 40 - 50% off. And of course when I went I found a very nice pair for only 40$. (If you need shoes. Check Marshals).

Went into a competitor's store, walked around for 10 minutes without any employees approaching me. Was looking for something fairly specific and did not see it in their store. Went into Stars and was instantly greeted. Ended up spending 500 dollars on a vest shirt shoes and tie solely because of the customer service. As a sales professional myself, I was pleased with my experience. Recommend!

THE WORST. If you want a cheap suit that's pretty much all they got. Very rude service even after purchasing our wedding parties suits there. When I went back to pick the suits up from being altered with the pick up slip the person working there had no idea what needed to be picked up, thought we already took the white shirts when we didn't... After arguing for a while they found the white shirt. Also the day before the wedding we found one of the suits with its security tag still attached. Suits were fine in the end, but the service was not good at all.

The staff at Stars have helped me purchase my last 2 suits. They politely and enthusiastically guided me through the process of selecting the correct size and style off the rack and then tailored it to meet my specific needs. The store itself has a large variety of entry level suits as well as some more expensive, but still reasonably priced options. If you're looking for a high-end suit this is likely not the place for you, but for the majority of consumers, a positive experience is delivered consistently.

The best store for anyone that wants something nice. The clothing here is top notch and the salesmen are even better. You want someone to fit you the perfect suit and be your best friend while doing it? Ask for Richard, easily the beat guy I've ever had measure my inseam.

Avoid this place! This store has poor quality products and tailoring services. If you have low expectations, then .... Otherwise, pay more eslewhere but get a suit that fits you really well for years to come. Do not believe sales person that "they can do it right and make it look good" ... They can make it look acceptable but not perfect since all tailoring jobs are being done not thoroughly and wait times could be long (up to 2 weeks). Beware, if you do any tailoring job on the suite or pants, you can not return the item. Their tailor is overbooked so you might wait quite long to get your suit adjusted. In summary, I spent 400 CAD and got a non-refundable product I am not happy with as it does not look nice even after in-store adjustments and extra spent 45 CAD ... These guys do not stand after their products they sell. Do not get caught up by good looking prices. At the end you will pay regardless ... Should definitely improve tailoring service and attention to detail.

I bought shirts and ties for my groomsmen through Stars and the service, particularly from Garfield, was exceptional. He stayed with us through the buying process and gave his opinion when we asked or were hesitant. He gave me his personal number to keep in contact with him and, when the shirts arrived, he offered to iron them for us for free. If you go to Stars, ask for Garfield and he'll take care of you!

Went here to buy a suit not knowing what I wanted or much about suits. Helped by Alan and had the best customer service ever. Took the time to explain everything to me and pick out the perfect matching pieces. He even suggested shoes that match their belt and personally walked me down to Marshalls to show me them. Top notch service here!
