I'm planning for my husband's 42nd birthday next month, and we're going to have a Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy costume party with about 20 people. I spoke with Missy extensively about costume options, and we've put together an assortment of choices for all of the attendees. We'll be renting most of the costumes, and a few of our friends are so enamored with what was suggested to them, that they outright bought their costumes to use for Halloween and other events in the future. Missy and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and among the more interesting people that I've had the pleasure of meeting. As a leather worker who is very familiar with the design and creation process, I can appreciate her enormous level of skill with a sewing machine and the concepts that she has put to material.

This is the Place! There are pop up stores around Halloween, but this place is here all year. The staff are super patient, knowledgeable and the selection is amazing. Prices are are good too ???????????? Plus, if you're feeling even a tiny bit Green (and adult sized)- you can rent a costume, no junky plastic that goes into the landfill a day after you bought it and you're supporting an awesome Guelph business.

Great place to rent out costumes whether it's for a party or it's Halloween. The store is pretty small for the amount of costumes they have. A store representative will definitely help you find a specific costume, but you may get lost finding it by yourself. Major turnoff was the prices though, I feel I could either buy a costume or make my own costume for cheaper.

What a fabulous place. Quirky, awesomely well stocked, and with staff who actually love what they do, know what they're talking about and care about their customers. An owner who's always there because, well, this place is her baby. And she makes most of the custom costumes. Great for seasonal stuff, an immense collection of rentable costumes, more balloons than you can shake a pointy stick at. Year round monster masks. I love it!

I walked into the shop with no expectations, and have to write about how great this place is. The shop has your standard selection of very interesting costumes, ranging from the standard cheap that you can find anywhere, to the extremely high quality detailed and fantastic clothing that you don't often find outside custom orders. The two ladies working both offered good suggestions to help me figure out what I want, and I discovered an amazing talent in Missy for custom creations. Check out her portfolio and YouTube channel - you'll be in awe. I am in the process of commissioning a custom design to my specifications with her creative contribution, and am very happy with the attention to detail and non-standard thought processes that she was able to bring to my concept. Having seen a partial work so far, I'm very excited about the finished product that will be ready next month! If you know what you want, or have no idea and want some inspiration, this is definitely the place to go.

So 4 stars for previous experiences but will no longer support them for the childish outburst of bad reviews on my business page and yes I know who it was one of the workers there

This store has always been my 'go to' store for party items. I have gone there for many occasions, and staff (usually female staff) have always been friendly and helpful. I unfortunately met the individual I believe to be the male owner today, and he was super crabby! I can appreciate that times are tough/stressful especially with Covid 19 related restrictions, but there are nicer ways of dealing with customers. The female staff that was on when I went in was super friendly. The store lost 2 stars for the lack of customer service/lack of warmth from the presumed male owner. Towards the end, I was so uncomfortable that I could not wait to pay and leave ASAP! Update: Aug 1st, 2020. Feeling relieved to learn that the crabby gentleman that served me yesterday was not the owner, so I have increased my star rating to 4 stars. The one lost star is still related to the fact that I had such a negative experience with this gentleman/sales guy yesterday. However, the store itself has great supplies, fair prices, and they usually give excellent customer service. I have met female lady with the mohawk, and she has always been nothing but helpful and kind. I am happy to say that I will continue to use them for future events. Thanks!

Love it here! I came to get pieces and accessories for my poison ivy costume and this store had everything I needed. The lady, who I found out was the owner; greeted me with one of the most detailed and amazing costumes which she creates herself. She was able to find my lashes, vines and paints that I needed to top it off. The cashier who rang me up was very pleasant and asked if I was happy with my purchase and If I needed or wanted to take another look around just in case I forgot anything. It isn’t easy to find many ships that have pieces you need. I would refer anyone to try this place out! I drove an hour to get my costume pieces from here and would certainly return!

I went the Friday before Halloween expecting to have to dig through for hours trying to find a costume but was pleasantly surprised when the knowledgeable and dedicated staff helped me through the whole time until I found what I was looking for. I brought my one of a kind leather fringe coat to get altered here and absolutely had to leave a review. Creative and open environment, my jacket fits incredibly now, price was incredibly affordable, and so professional. Glad I found this place and would recommend them to anyone!

The staff was awesome. We used Party Corner to fill our special baby gender reveal confetti balloon and also ordered 2 additional balloon bouquets. The balloon bouquets were very well done and our gender reveal balloon...wow! I had bought a back up balloon as I've heard stories about stores having trouble filling them, but our spare was not needed. They filled it perfectly and it was huge and floated perfectly. I was so happy and impressed!
