This is the best dry cleaner in the business. The process used by the actual cleaners (this is one of several 'storefronts' for Palmer's) is non-chemical and WAY better (for you, your clothes and the environment) than anything else around. Anna is absolutely the nicest person you will ever meet. In another review somebody mentioned the prices: Information on pricing is available and you get what you pay for. I have been doing business here for twenty years. Maybe more; I can't really remember when Anna took over. I am wonderfully satisfied and will never go anywhere else, When I'm out of town and have to use another service, I'm reminded how good Anna's is.

Pricing is outrageous! It cost me more to dry clean the items than they were worth. They couldn’t give me a price when I dropped everything off and didn’t say anything to acknowledge my complaint about the pricing. My bill was $150!

Tailor is a very friendly lady! Affordable and great alterations (I mostly used hemming services for pants that are too long). The only downside is I am usually not told exactly how much it will cost beforehand although I may be given an estimate.

The lady behind the counter is super nice. She did a great job at repairing a broken zipper for me. And I love that the dry cleaning is solvent free.

I can't figure out when this place is open. I've always been happy with the service provided but to be working such short and disjointed hours simply isn't convenient. There's no on line presence (Facebook, IG or a website) to confirm when they're actually open. Unless they start working normal hours or at least make it easy to know whether they're open, I'm going to have to find somewhere new.

The lady behind the counter is very nice. The owner is terrible at getting back to customers. There is a weird smell coming form an article of clothing that was washed here. The owner would not do anything to fix this issue. I use dry cleaning many time in a month and i will Never use this shop again due to there lack of care for customers clothing.
