No care in their customer service. I felt like I was being rushed out. Had no faith that the woman would do what I wanted she didn't seem like she was paying attention. Got a text that my alteration was done. Same hurried, uncaring service as when I dropped it off. I try it on it's fine but they didn't add in the piece I wanted but whatever it fit in the arms. When I get home I notice all they did was rip the seams and the garment doesn't sit right in the shoulders even though I never told them to touch them. So I paid for them to rip seams and nothing else. Poor work and poor customer service.

Absolutely thrilled with the quality of service and experience of working with Raynelle (the owner) from start to finish. For me, the interaction is just as important as the quality of the work itself. Both were above and beyond. She altered and prepared my wedding dress for me, altered and upgraded a cape I ordered online, and took in my husbands shirts for the day as well. The attention to detail, thinking outside the box, accommodating my “eagle eye & bride brain” without batting an eye, and making me feel confident that I would look my very best were beyond my very particular expectations and made me very grateful I found her. 10/10 recommend! ♥︎

I had an amazing experience here, they altered my wedding dress and went above and beyond. They had to deal with the fact that I am 5 months pregnant, and still had time to bustle my train nicely, and ensure the dress was everything I had ever dreamed of! Highly recommend! + very quick, especially for how much material and layers my dress had!
