Called to get info.....could not explain clearly to the gentleman who answered as there was a language barrier. He kept speaking to a lady in the back ground. After an unbearable amount of back and forth i finally got a quote for $25/dress. But do not feel my needs were understood. So i will not be using this establishment

Very expensive paid almost $90 for 3 clothes requiring basic repair.

Ruined my dress completely!! She did not understood me when I said that I only wanted the length adjusted but did not want any alterations on the back of the dress but she nodded as if she had understood. She ruined it and still charged me for it. Extremely unprofessional.

My company uses them for our PPE repairs. Only once out of 5 times did they get it right. Simple, confirmed instructions only. Barely satisfactory work on my personal wardrobe, and over priced on a leather winter front that was made custom for my truck. This front was made locally. The repairs, which a few simple/quick sewing lines were 1/2 of the cost of my winter front. I'm not bringing my work PPE there anymore. I have a person to do it for me now. She's a senior and good at it.

The owners are more than friendly and the services are extraordinary. I've gone to Lynn's for almost everything I need in regards to clothing. There isn't anyone I would recommend other than Lynn's.
