Étienne was super helpful in choosing materials and colours for my wedding suit, and with his keen eye was able to figure out what sizes would fit best, thus reducing the amount of alterations we needed to make. Étienne communicated by phone and email to keep me updated on progress, and he was able to have all the alterations done in a short time period. Best experience shopping for a suit that I've had! Étienne was incredibly helpful in picking out a suit, even knew my sizes better than I did! Within 5 days he had my suit ready for pick-up after alterations were done on the pants (they also had to be ordered in). I did not feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions. The alterations were great, no need to get anything redone and I was assured that they would deal with any issues I have with the suit in the near future (if any), assuring the suit is high quality. It was just as expensive as any other high-end formal-wear shop, but you get what you pay for (the suit is 100% wool and I'm sure will last me for many years to come)! This shop is definitely recommended over any similar shops like Harry Rosen (a chain where you are poorly treated by the associates if you don't "look the part") and cheaper shops like Tip Top Tailor (cheap, polyester suits). For the customer service and quality, I will definitely be returning to L'Hexagone in the future for any similar purchases.

I first went to the bigger stores like Moore's, Indochino, Tip Top and the staff immediately dismissed me and said it wasn't possible. While they didn't have something in stock right away, Etienne's attention to detail and willingness to help me find the right suit was extremely helpful. He offered his expertise in selecting every pieces of the suit and he has a great selection, as I am 6’7 tall, but he was able to get exactly what I needed, perfect fit.
