I bring 2 pajamas to downsize the waist size from 34 to 29, because the size is too big, at first there was difficult communication as I'm a new customer, but the values are very good, and takes reasonable time to get the alterations done, I'm satisfied with it. What a great experience today. I called to see if they would be able to sew my son's name bar on his new hockey jersey, the very kind lady said she could do it right away, dropped it off and it was done in less than an hour! Definitely recommend, and will be using The Top Stitch again.

Extremely difficult to interact with employees, always questioning my choices to get the repairs I need. I went last week to get a hoodie repaired and the job was half done about what I asked for. The price is too expensive for what they give you.

The zipper on my motorcycle jacket broke the day before I was leaving on a week long ride. I brought it to Top Stitch and they were awesome. They replaced the slider/joiner on my zipper and I was on my way for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for your fast 5 star service!

Extremely unnecessarily difficult interaction to support a local business and get repairs done. I'd suggest supporting another business. The way I was spoken to was very inappropriate. The price they quoted was also quite expensive.

Both proprietors ceased what they were doing to take a look at the zippers I wanted replaced in two coats. They spent much effort trying to see if minor repairs would keep the zippers operational instead of them having to be replaced. They did help me get the one in my coat to work and reluctantly decided that my husband's needed replacing. Very conscientious people, wanted to save me money, treated me super well.
