I was referred here from Lululemon downtown, as soon as I walked in it came across that I was a complete inconvenience. She was rude and then when I told her what I wanted done, she seemed to doubtful that it was actually what I wanted. My mother then went to check if they were ready since she was in that area and she experienced the same thing, the first thing she said was "well did you receive a call". For someone that was referred by Lululemon I expected better customer service.

I have shopped at this shop many times and enjoyed the experience. Made a few purchases and was happy with them. My last two visits I have found Lynda to be rude and very short with me. The first was when I took a jacket in for a new zipper she replied with I don't like zippers . Its not so much about what she said but rather the tone of her voice and look on her face . I did leave with her with it and a pick up date of the 5th of December. I arrived today to pick it up as it was past the date and was greeted did I call you. I looked on the floor and there were 2 jackets one of which was mine! I am disappointed in this type of behaviour. Unfortunately I will never this store to anyone and I feel bad as there are local artists work in the store.
