I brought my daughter's prom dress in for an alteration. This shop was extremely busy and I was worried due to the time - prom was exactly one week away. Amazing lady who was very sweet and when we arrived to pick the dress up, thank goodness the fit was perfect. Very professional work with such short notice and a satisfied customer. I took my class A greens to them to up date my SSI (rank) i took it in on monday and picked it up on tuesday. It cost $3.00 per patch total of $6.00. I intend on using them for my ASU (Army Service Uniform "Blues") and all alterations in the future.

I had a coat that needed the buttons to be moved over so the coat would fit better. When I went back to pick the coat up. She said she didn’t move the buttons over she took the sides of the coat in instead. The coat fits to tight for my liking. Plus the way they took it in now the sides won’t lay flat and bunch up. I’m not happy and to have to pay extra for that when I didn’t agree to it is ridiculous. I will not be going there again. They do what they want and cost way to much.

I gave them my military dress uniform (ASUs) and they butchered them. Going to have to spend around 300$ - 400$ To buy a new set and get them re tailored. Do not go here

She did great work but when I said I wanted to do another little alterationon the dress, such as the slit being higher and taking the padding out, she wouldn't do it so when you go in there you have to have a list of what you want from the getgo.

I am not one to leave a bad review or bash a business, but the job they did doesn’t even deserve one start. I went in to get my two piece dress fitted for a formal, and they lady that was pinning moved very quickly and seemed to hardly listen to I wanted done to the dress. The only thing it needed was for the bottom to be hemmed. She wanted to make the bottom half of the dress a little bit bigger (even thought it fit fine before being altered). There were lines from wrinkles in the top part of the dress that she assured she could get out, along with a fold in the bottom part that she said would go away after alterations. I had not had any problems fitting into the dress before alterations. I was also promised she would keep and give me the scraps from my dress (which would’ve made it easy to match colors with my date). The lady working on it told me to come back that Saturday to pick it up. I drove 40 minutes to the shop Saturday to be told that it would not be ready until the next weekend. I came back the next weekend and tried on the dress to make sure everything fit right. I could hardly get the bottom on because instead of making it a little bigger, she made it at least a whole size smaller. The dress did not fit right, and I had to leave and come back three hours later so they could fix the mistake that they made. Once she finally fixed it, the dress did not fit me well, like it did before alterations, and I still had trouble getting it on. The folds that I was promised would be taken out are still in the top part of the dress and there’s still a huge one on the bottom piece. Once I got the dress home, I had to steam many new wrinkles because they did not properly do their job. There are a few small tears and snags on the material that weren’t there before. A few stitches that have been ripped, and the zipper on the bottom piece is messed up. I also did not get the scrap material back from my dress that was promised, and when I called about I was told that she forgot and threw them away. My $500+ dress fit way better before the alterations. I have never been so dissatisfied with a business before, and people that do not know how to do their jobs. They did a terrible job and did not even offer a refund or partial refund after all the trouble. They were extremely unprofessional, and when I asked about things she had promised and later when back on, she acted like she didn’t understand. Don’t make the mistake that I did and find a business that is actually capable of doing their jobs and keeping their promises.

My fiancee took her wedding dress here to have it altered. Was told they’d have it ready on the 20th. On the 20th, the dress hadnt even been touched. She was told to come back the next day and it would be ready. The next day it looked worse than when she got it from the store. Needless to say, they destroyed her heart, shattered her dreams and took my bride away from me.

I dropped off a project she said she could do. Months later(well after she said it would be completed) she said she couldn't do it. When I asked why this was the first I was hearing of issues she responded she just forgot to call me. It shouldn't take almost three months to find this out.

I am getting my wedding dress custom made and I needed to get professionally measured to ensure the measurements I give the company are accurate. This shop was recommended based on my needs and I was planning to use them if I needed to for any of my wedding dress alterations if I needed. I called prior and the woman told me she would measure me free of charge even though I offered to pay for her services. When I arrived I explained what I was there for and she looked at me like I was an inconvenience. I had forms with all of the measurements I needed. I told the woman I was wearing a tank top under my T-shirt that I could take off the shirt to help her get an accurate measurement. She completely ignored me and proceeded to measure me in a very sloppy manner even and her measuring tape kept getting wrapped around my t shirt. When I told her it was tangled she said nothing. She continues to quickly measure me inaccurately to just get me out of there. She treated me like complete garbage. I understand why many seamstresses and people who do alterations do not want to take measurements for someone they are not making a dress for because they do not want to be held liable, but she agreed to measure me. The entire process was incredibly unprofessional and if she had no intention of measuring me, she shouldn’t have agreed. I will never recommend anyone to go there because why would you want to do business with someone who treats you like scum of the earth and like you are beneath them. If I could give 0 starts I would.
