I almost choked when I walked into the smell of the store. I took in a dress a few months before I needed to, so their wouldn't be a rush. The service was pretty average, taking about two weeks to hem. But, when I went to pick it up, I was given the wrong dress! As I tried explaining to her that it wasn't mine and was way too many sizes to big, I was told that I wad lying and all other crazy stories.

Poor customer service, and if you look poor will not help. Very rude orientals.

I definitely will be coming back! She was very efficient and kind. I thought that it was also pretty cheap. She hemmed a dress for me and it looks great! 10/10

My daughter took her prom dress up to have it taken in. The lady was rude and hateful to my daughter and charged us $90.....NINETY FREAKING DOLLARS....to have it taken in a little bit in the waist and hem up the length just a tad. Arrives to pick the dress up and it didn’t fit right. It was STILL too big. We will NEVER take anything there EVER AGAIN!

Brought in a bridesmaid dress to be taken in under the arms and in the waist. I brought it in 10 days before I needed to leave for the wedding. She said no problem. Came back the morning of the 10th day and she found it on the rack with pins still in it, never been touched. She told me to come back after 3pm so I did, not much of a choice there. Picked it up at 430 and it was done. Brought it home and it fit perfect. I'm giving her business 4 stars for that reason. I'm really glad I went first thing in the morning or this would have been a very bad review.
