This was the worst service I have experienced. I am new to Buffalo so I was not sure of a reliable tailor to go to for my bridesmaid dress alterations. I tried this one because it was close to home and seemed to have pretty good reviews online. The worker was extremely rude to me on more than one occasion across the 3 times I was in the store for my dress. The price that he charged me for my alterations seemed to be very high, and he had me pay $80 of the alterations on the first day when I dropped the dress off. Finally, when I went to pick up my dress after the alterations had been completed 2 weeks later, he told me not to try the dress on because it had been dry cleaned. So I didn't, and I went home. My friend's wedding was in 2 days so I thought I should try it on just incase. THANK GOD I DID, because a strap (that was supposed to be attached to the back of the dress) had been removed and simply pinned on the side of the dress. When I gave him the dress, this strap was attached. If I hadn't tried the dress on before the wedding, I would not have had the strap on. I ended up having to sew it on my own because I had to go out of town and didn't have time for him to do it. So, I called and told him the situation. He tried to give me a hard time but we agreed that I would come back to the store and he would give me a small refund. So I went directly back to the store and he asked me AGAIN to explain the entire situation and tried to fight it. Luckily, I brought someone with me this time and when they walked in, he cut it out and proceeded with the refund. This was ridiculous and unprofessional. NOT ONCE did he apologize for handing me an unfinished product as well as detaching part of my dress..... I paid close to $160 for a hem and my straps slightly shortened to get the dress back with a missing strap that should have remained attached. The way he dealt with this was highly unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend going here. My experience was not a positive one to say the least. They charge too much and have bad customer service.

I have had a few pieces altered here and they always come out looking awesome! The tailor gives good advice about what he recommends on each piece, and will work with you to make the right customizations that fit your budget. Good service, and great results! I recommend calling to make an appointment.

I have had multiple suits, pants and jackets, tailored at Tailor Made with great results. I am a short and stocky guy so nothing fits me off the shelf, but I know the crew at Tailor made will make all the right adjustments. I don’t live in Buffalo anymore, but still make the 2-hour trip to see these guys when I need tailoring.

Got the job done quickly, and did good work. However it was too expensive at 40 dollars for shortening a pair of pants and raising the hem on a shirt. I felt slightly taken advantage of. Skilled tailor, should consider lowering prices.

Tailor Made replaced the front zipper of my leather motorcycle race jacket and did an excellent job. I also brought my girlfriend's jacket in after that for a zipper replacement as well. Enlightening Humor

I had recently brought in an off-the-rack suit to get tailored as I was about to graduate college. I had requested that the suit be ready in a week and it most certainly was! Many alterations were required and they were all completed in a very skilled and prompt manner. Very friendly and great service at a very reasonable price. I have recommended it highly and will continue to do so. I shall certainly be a repeat customer!!!

Great Job and Reasonable Prices! Since moving to Buffalo nearly 5 years ago, I have struggled to find a real tailor that can "fit" clothing properly - until walking into TailorMade. If you need a REAL tailor - this is the place. They are super friendly, fast and VERY knowledgable on how to alter garments of all kinds to flatter you. They have done a ton of work be me - suit jackets, dresses, linings, coats, blouses, pants, jeans - adjusting everything to be just perfect. Do not let the hike to Kenmore keep you from having properly fitting clothes - its worth it!

Had a suit coat with a small burn hole in the lapel. After visiting several other tailors in the area who were unable to repair the coat, Tailor Made was and did a great job! I had no idea re-weavers were so hard to find, but glad I was able to locate one let alone blocks from my house. I'll be back for sure!

Got everything done on time! The hem on my pants turned out very good, and was just what I wanted. The price for the hemming was very reasonable. The mannequins are a little strange, and you will jump out of your pants from the loud entry buzzer. Otherwise, the establishment is nice and simply appointed.

I have nothing but great things to say about Habib's work over at Tailor Made in Kenmore, NY. I had purchased a vintage suit for my wedding that were somewhat close to my measurements and took it here to get fitted. The environment was very welcoming and the process was painless. Habib sure does know his stuff! He's also able to work well when you're in a pinch. We had purchased some vests for the groomsmen, but one of them turned out to be very small. I came to Habib the day before my big day, entrusting his skill yet again, and the man just doesn't fail! All of his work is seamless and highly recommended. Thank you again for making me and my groomsmen just as stunning as the bridal party was :)

I cannot express how happy I was with the service that I received. I had a very short window of time, and many alterations needed. The final product was amazing, and I received so many compliments on how beautiful the dress was. I highly recommend this tailor to anyone looking for alterations, whether it be a big job like mine, or a simple hem. The prices may be higher than expected, or higher than competitors, but the work is of the highest quality and well worth it when you receive such a perfect end product. I have visited only a few times (have brought multiple pieces of clothing each time). I forget who I have dealt with unfortunately but he did remember that I was Canadian and that I lived near Burlington which immediately made me realize that they care for their customers and take a genuine interest in their work. The man I dealt with was extremely helpful with explaining different cuts, alterations, and fashions based not only on the styles but also on my body type and how it would fit me (ie. single break, double break, cuffed, etc). I make the drive from Canada exclusively for Tailor Made. It is a fair price for the quality and the detail to the work and reasonable timelines. The only negative thing I can say is that since I've moved I can not find a tailor near me that provides such as great a service as Tailor Made does! I've recommended them to all of my friends and family when ever I am complimented on the fit of my suits / shirts. Keep up the great work!

I never knew how a suit was supposed to fit until I came to Tailor Made. The attention to detail, experience, and workmanship from Tailor Made is hands down the best I have ever received. I called around first because of my horrible timing & he was the nicest on the phone & even offered to open on a Sunday(they’re closed) just so I could have everything perfect and on time for that Monday.
