This is specifically for Colin and the tailor at the kenaston south location. Outstanding! I have purchased suits before and I have not been anywhere near as happy or satisfied as I am after my last visit with Colin. Not only did I purchase a new suit while I was there but they tailored 2 suits I brought in from different stores. One suit was "custom made" from EPH that they couldn't tailor right after the second try. The tailor tailored it properly first go with no problems. Colin knows what he is doing and should be shown some appreciation. Thank you again for your outstanding service.

Was in need of a new wardrobe...multiple suits, shirts, pants etc. Went to see the manager at the Kenaston store after being referred by a co-worker. Amazing customer service, hands down the best shopping experience I've had at a clothing store, they even found a fix for my pants wearing out prematurely! Would not hesitate recommending anyone to go see the Kenaston team!

I came in on Saturday afternoon with my fiance looking for a suite for a wedding coming up. It was our first time at that location and a young lady working there made our experience really memorable. She was so sweet and kind. I highly recommend this location!

Walked in and told the two people working at the counter that we needed a suit for my father in law for my wedding. We were told to go look at the racks and find something. Nobody offered so much as a size or an area to start looking, even after asking for a fitting. Every time we looked over all we saw was two sales people staring at their phones. After 20 mins of looking ourselves the saleswoman came over and told us all the sizes we picked were wrong and finally started showing us some options. By that time we were so frustrated we left. Never again
