Have been going here for many years and extremely happy with all the work. However, decision to hire very rude & disrespectful summer students to work the counter means I need to find a new tailor unfortunately.

Worst experience at Kim Le Taylor! Extremely poor service and obnoxiously rude owners. Upon return of a brand new, never worn brides maid dress (provided in a protective cover) was stained in three noticeable areas. In addition, I requested hemming of a dress which the original hem had fallen down. When returned it was noticeable uneven. When questioned, the owner (Kim) would not even look at the hem of the dress stating "she replaced the original hem and the hem of the dress must have been uneven in the first pace, suggesting I return the dress to the manufacturer. Also that I did not request the hem to be even!" I brought the dress to her to do her job and adjust the hem. Who wants a dress with an uneven hem...when requesting hemming isn't it a given that it will be even? Recommend NOT allowing Kim Le Tailor to alter your clothing. This was very disappointing as I was a regular customer up until now. Their service has gone downhill and I will never return. Happy to bring my business elsewhere.
