I have gone to this store for fixing my laptop which had a dysfunctional keyboard and mouse, but they fixed it. The only problem with my laptop was that the previous store i had given it to had messed up the wires and misplaced screws. My phone at the time had also stopped working, so i trusted them and told them to fix it, knowing they would give me a full refund because i had told them i want the money back if it is not fixable. They told me it would be fixed with in a week and a half, but they kept it going on for a month, just to tell me they cant fix it. In the end, instead of receiving a full refund they kept 30 dollars from the 320 dollars i paid saying it was their "policy" which they had never mentioned to me in the beginning. After i received my phone, there were damages on my screen both on the front and the back and they said it was there from before, when i know for sure that was never there.

Stopped in to have my iPhone screen repaired today and I was very impressed by the whole experience. Owner Wasim did a top notch job and even brought me back to his workshop to observe the process when I mentioned I was curious about how it was done. I saw first hand that he is very skilled and knowledgable about his work. I was in and out in no time and felt the cost was excellent. Would highly recommend Avalon Tech and am happy to be posting with an unbroken screen again! Also brought in a pile of dress clothes to be tailored. They were kind enough to replace the screen to allow data transfer to work, then put back on the broken one. Was A++ experience. Small convenience cost VS replacing a screen.

My 6-year-old MacBook Pro stopped working one day (the screen went black and there was a continuous series of three beeps). Avalon Tech and Tailor replaced the hard drive and upgraded both the processor and the RAM. The price was, in my opinion, more than reasonable given that I essentially now have a new computer. I would recommend Avalon Tech and Tailor to any person who is having a similar issue with their computer.

I give 5 stars for Excellent & honest work. I come to the Business Trip at St. John’s. Unfortunately my laptop and mobile was dropped on floor. Laptop stopped working, cellphone screen broke into pieces. I went to a random stores for its fixation but they refused by saying that your laptop cannot be fixable and the mobile screen is not available. Somebody told me about store named is Avalon Tech. They diagnosed my laptop free and tech let me know phone is fixable and they fixed my laptop & cellphone in a very short time and very low price. I was surprised and so happy. I found best repair store in town.

Have been going here for a while now and haven't had any problems. Had two pairs of jeans tailored and a jacket zipper fixed, amazing work done at a very reasonable price. Work was done quick and on time. Had a problem with one pair of pants I had them do but they fixed it for me in a couple minutes with no charge! Cannot recommend them enough!

Consult Avalon Tech & Tailor before going anywhere else for your tech repair needs!!! I was having minor issues with my Macbook Air so I brought it to Best Buy to have a member of the Geek Squad look at it. The Geek Squad representative told me it'd be $300 just to take my laptop into their care and that they doubt they would be able to do anything to help me. They then said that my laptop was over 5 years old so it was a waste of time and money to even attempt to repair it and that I should look into purchasing a new one. Dissatisfied with what I had been told, I reached out to Avalon Tech & Tailor for a second opinion. Within 2 hours my laptop was back in my hands and operating better than it has in years. Even after replacing a part within my laptop, and providing me with a six month warranty, my bill only came to $89.99. The expertise and phenomenal customer service at Avalon Tech & Tailor is priceless and undoubtedly a deal. I will be returning to them with all future tech issues and recommending their services to anyone who will listen!

This place is absolutely terrible. Stay away!! I brought a phone in for a simple cracked screen. It came back with dirt under the glass that made it unusable. The body of the phone looked like it had been used as a door stop. When I had someone else repair it, the OEM battery had been swapped out for an aftermarket one that wouldnt hold a charge for 20 minutes. iDoctorNL in Paradise is worth the extra driving time.

I had my hard drive die in my iMac. BoomIT referred me because the complexity of getting the iMac glass off wasn't something they wanted to tackle. Avalon Tech did an excellent job of putting in a new SSD. They warned me the glass could crack but they managed to get the job done without cracking the glass and the machine is running better than it has in several years. I would highly recommend their services.

Wonderful experience. Got some work done on my older macbook. They do a free diagnosis, and the cost seemed very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. My MacBook Air had a crack just below the screen and took it to Jumpstore to fix it. Was told whole screen needs to be replaced and it might cost around 700 bucks!! Took it to Avalon tech and they fixed it without replacing the screen as it was not damaged at all and only cost me 69.99+ tax ! You can’t beat their pricing and my MacBook looks and works absolutely fine. Very honest people and I will go back there again. Highly recommend it

When i finally received it they had broken my phone and wont take responsibility for it saying it was like that when i gave it to them. I was asked to change my work computer password late at night and in the morning had forgotten the new password. It was around Christmas time, I had work to complete, and I was in a rush to leave town. Avalon Tech and Tailor understood my problem and personal situation, they told me to come in as soon as was possible for me. When I walked in the door they remembered me, immediately started to diagnose my problem, clearly explained my options while we waited, and fixed the issue. They had a large workload and still prioritized my quick fix issue. They had me in and out the door in under 20 minutes. Had the worst experience, do not go there for service!! I brought my daughter's iPad in to get screen replaced, they replaced it and charged $335. Within a few days of her using it the button moved out of position and wouldn't work. She tried to use it again and the LCD under must have broke then, they will not replace that part of it and I now have to pay another $185 plus tax to get it fixed again. All because they didn't fix it properly the first time! They obviously do not know what they are doing, I'd advise to go another but there!

I recently dropped my ipad and broke it. Took it to a reputable company to see if it could be repaired. I was told it was damaged beyond repair and they suggested a new one. I purchased a new one, but was terribly upset as the ipad contained precious pictures of my mother who had recently passed away. I thought they were lost forever. Until....my sister recommended Avalon Tech & Taylor, who had recently repaired an ipad screen for her. I held my breath and took it in. After a couple of days...and countless hours... Wasim had managed to retrieve my pictures and copy them to a CD for me, eventhough the ipad was not repairable. I cant tell you how much that meant to me. I strongly recommend them to anyone. Had my cracked glass on my iPhone repaired here. They asked for my iPhone passcode which they do not need to replace the glass. When I got my phone back, the touch ID, ear speaker and front facing camera no longer worked. They all previously worked despite the screen being cracked. I feel ripped off.
