I'm extremely disappointed with the carper cleaning provided by VIP. I paid $304.84 for several carpets and 2 large wool carpets were still dirty after cleaning - in fact, one was even dirtier. A water stain spread onto the carpet even more. These are $600 carpets and I have to throw one away completely. DO NOT BRING YOUR CARPETS TO THIS CLEANERS.

Carlo the owner really takes a lot of pride in his work. He fully understands ones needs and makes accommodations if need be. He goes above and beyond and that's why I continue to use his services. The little details that they do right sets this place apart from the rest. Keep up the great work!

I went to see Carlos on a recommendation from a friend. I asked Carlos to clean my mother's wedding dress for me to wear to my Engagement Party. The dress had not been stored properly and had hung in my grandmother's non-air conditioned home for 50 years. It had dirt and grass stains on the hem, and the neck was very yellow. Carlos cleaned the dress 3 times and when I finally took it home, it looked brand new. Thank YOU Carlos for caring about the dress my grandmother made for me. I appreciate your care so much! And I felt so beautiful at the party! Christine

Best dry cleaners ever. Amazing and friendly customer service. They really pay attention to detail. One of my shirts had a stain around the neck and they held on to the shirt until it was perfectly clean. I am more than impressed by their professional service. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely incredible customer service. Service is efficient, well done, & friendly. I work nearby and can drop stuff off before work and pick it up after work or the next day. Dropped stuff off here many times and never an issue. Revising review; I dropped off a jacket to get a zipper replaced. They charged me for it. Didn’t notice until a few hours (and a flight to a different city) later that they never touched it. Same zipper. Same missing tooth. Called. They denied it. Damn. Too bad. Lost a customer.

Horrible service. I dropped of my business clothes for service last week. Days later upon removing the cellophane wrap I noticed a pungent odour. I do not perspire much, I am a very clean and tidy person. The shirts appeared clean but I couldn't handle the smell. I went back and complained to the owner who was unreasonable and stood by his service. He wouldn't take my dress shirts back, and wouldn't let me speak without interrupting. I left disappointed and I will not return again. Be warned!

Dropped off girlfriends white dress with a small stain asking if it could be removed, they suggested easily removed. Dropped off early may, took until start of June before they had it done. Supposedly done, but stain was not removed (Very very small stain). Left again for two weeks, again upon pickup, stain was not removed. We asked it to be attempted again, third time was late July, stain STILL was not removed. Owner said that it wouldn’t be possible to remove the stain, but would not offer a refund due to the work done on the stain. Would not recommend going here for stain removals.

Great service, I can't believe how well he cleaned my duvets. They were practically new. I asked if he did any stitching and he stitched a tear in it for me as well. Highly recommend!

The most terrible dry cleaner! I have read the reviews people posted and decided to try it out. They destroyed my favourite yellow blazer to say the least; other 2 blazers seems to be not even cleaned. just steamed and put plastic bag over! The yellow blazer looked like it was in the same load with darks: it looked greish! plus two bright white spots on it; seems like they tried to take some spots from it with strong chemicals that faded the textile..so dissapointed! I went to complain to the person on reception and he told me he is the only owner/service provider and he did not even apologized! He tried to outside me that faded spots are not really noticeable although they are! So awful experience with this 'VIP' dry cleaner!

First time customer, I brought my suit in for same day dry cleaning and the service was quick and courteous. To my surprise when I went to pick up the gentlemen told me the hem on my pants had come undone and he had fixed it free of charge. I highly recommend this place.
