I called and explained that I needed to extend the hemming on my dress pants and I needed it done today. The gentleman said he can do it and gave me a quote. I went in and he was dressed in a suite. Very kind traditional man with many years of experience. He asked me exactly what I wanted and took the measurements and told me to come back later on. The pants fit perfectly. I highly recommend this place.

I usually never write negative reviews, however my experience with this company was so appalling I felt compelled to do so. I called to get a quote for a simple hem on my bridesmaids dress, and instead was yelled at and hung up on. I'm confused as to why I was spoken to so rudely when all I did was inquire about pricing and timelines? The other stores I called answered very professionally and politely asked me to come into the store for an accurate quote. The owner/tailor on the phone seemed offended that I called to ask about prices versus come into the shop. I am so glad I did not trust my bridesmaids dress with this company as I seriously question their quality of work and professionalism. I would never want to give my business to a company who treats their customers so poorly, neither do I appreciate being yelled at. I would give zero stars if I could.
