I drove across the city to come here right when they opened as they advertise on their site and store front “same day service” if dropped before 10AM. I got there at 8AM and they said they can’t do same day service. Gentlemen didn’t seem bothered that he was retaining false advertisements. Clothes were for a funeral.

I asked the tailor to take in 1 inch on each side of my pants, he kept saying it's expensive, not worth it, I'd rather buy a new one, things like that. He was just not explicitly saying he wouldn't take it. I think the customer should have the final say on whether they decide to alter the pants or not. Doesn't recommend this store at all.

I gave a panth for an alteration and he has done a terrible work on it. Even though I tried to explain the issue, he started yelling at me saying “25 years experience disrespectful..” Sorry, I’m the customer here and you have to learn how to listen people first. I ended up getting my unfinished work and left the place. I am unhappy with the service. Not recommended!

I was looking for a trustworthy seamstress who could do alterations for my wedding dress! I did a lot of asking around and finally found a reliable person at Queen's Cleaners. She was VERY detail-oriented and thought of solutions to make the dress fit my body so well - I am wearing my dress next weekend and I am forever thankful for her excellent service.

I was very happy and impressed with the professionalism and effort put into my clothing here. The owner took the challenge of accepting my suit 24hrs before my friends wedding and had both the Jacket sleeves and pant legs hemmed. My white dress shirt came back as good as new after being dropped off. The price is great and I'll be coming here from now on with all my hemming and cleaning needs. Thank you for the great work and I'll give more notice for hemming next time!

Amazing owners, currently getting a few things altered. They also do carpet cleaning! EDIT: Alterations came back with the perfect amount of care put into them. My carpet has also never looked cleaner! Highly recommend this lovely couple! I will be back with wintet coats to be dry cleaned!

I really appreciate the attention to detail from Howard the owner. All work is done on the premises. He pays special care to any spots or stains I have pointed out on my suits. Then he puts little non residue sticker on them. Best thing is the stains are all gone! I've been a customer for over a year and have received consistent outstanding service. Last week I had my suit jacket and pants tailored here to make a more fitted look. It looks amazing now! Very affordable prices compared to others in the area. But great bang for your buck!
