Gets the job done for a local alteration /dry cleaning. Had my wedding dress dry cleaned and packaged here so I kmow I can trust them to get the job done right. Great for dry cleaning... Alerrations... Just ok. For minor , non important clothing items I'll go here but it's also hard bx there is no where to try on your items so they can properly mark where it needs to be altered, so it's a guessing game. One time clothes came back still stained but they Re cleaned it with no problems.. Mishaps happen! All in all. I've been here many times.

I left a winter jacket and paid $50 for cleaning. The piece was not properly cleaned, terrible service, took 3 weeks to give it back, and then they would not do anything about it with no extra charge. Sad to say but I would never recommend this place

We had a great start using this dry cleaner when we moved in the area. However, when dealing with the other person there - there is no realm of customer service. A pair of jeans got lost approx value 120$. The lady at the cleaners made us feel like criminals as we are trying to cheat the system. However so, a better customer experience would’ve resulted us in still using this cleaner. We now drive back 10 mins to use our old cleaners to avoid a 30 second trek to this place. There should be no way where a customer is felt like they’re stealing from someone and also be told “why do you come here then?” When an issue is pointed out. A little kindness, understanding and trust will win You champions. I’m sorry to say this cleaners is a waste of human kindness. Just to be clear - the man at the cleaners is amazing - his service is awesome and will go the extra mile. The woman there is the reason why we have moved back to our original cleaner. Find another cleaner.

Although the pricing and quality of work is amazing, I can't ignore the fact the turnaround times are very erratic. I recently got a tear in my only winter coat, right before the coldest week of the year (-15 to -35). We dropped off the coat Friday morning and asked for it to be ready Monday morning, which they told us they could do. I get there Monday evening after spending the day poorly dressed for the weather without my winter jacket. I was told that the tailor was sick Friday and Saturday so my coat was never fixed. I understand things happen with staff, but what really bothers me was that I wasn't notified. The lack of foresight and, to be honest, inconsiderateness is what makes me give them a low rating.

Very unfortunate as they are right there and supporting community business is important but if you want your items returned clean and not damaged I would recommend going else where.

I dropped of one of my new dress shirts to get dry cleaned/ hot pressed. The person must not of covered up the buttons on the front when pressing the shirt because when I got it back and they were all melted and my new dress shirt was ruined!

I have tried to make this my go to cleaner and have found dealings with Sunny to be clear and positive. But today I went in to try to get resolution because my pants were missing and not on the ticket even though I know I brought them in. When I brought them in the lady was on the phone and half paying attention to me. Instead of trying to help me she sent me away to try to look for them “properly”. I explained that I am getting on a plane for a business trip and brought them in so they would be ready and she wouldn’t help. I’ll be looking for a new cleaner even though this one is just around the corner.

Definitely DO NOT BRING ANY OF YOUR GARMENTS HERE. They lost a pair of pants on mine that were gifted to me and they claimed that they were picked up on the 21st of December and then when I asked the older Muslim lady can you show me a picture she said I’m sorry we can’t show you anything regarding pick ups ? So how do I know they didn’t just take my pant and re sell it or give it to there family as a gift? When I called to verify if it was ready before I went in to discover the pant was “missing” she asked for my name and number and brushed it off and said don’t call unless you have an invoice number I don’t see nothing here under that name and number, but then when I went in she found my name and number but not my garment? ONCE AGAIN DO NOT BOTHER BRINGING ANYTHING HERE, PLEASE CHECK OTHER REVIEWS ON LONG BRANCH CLEANERS. I AM ONE OF MANY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

Very very very expensive... paid $50 for bed cover. As soon as she sees the 2 pillow covers in she extra charge me $13 more. I can guarantee you that the cleaning is also average. The price certainly exceeds cleaners in downtown (who pays a lot of $$$$$ for rent). No price list on the wall so the price is made as she wants. REPLY TO THE OWNER'S ANSWER First and foremost - Obviously I don't believe that you care about business because instead of trying to accept the criticisms (different opinion & analysis), you worry about how to answer them. Second - you haven't replied yet why you don't have a price list on the wall. Third - I live alone and have a Queen bed so it's not King size "comforter". Fourth - when I talked to the woman you were not there (whoever answering me in the third person). Fifth - the pillow covers were in the same bag of comforters & not in separate bags (by the way i like the word declair ...). Sixth - if "the woman" gave me a 25% discount (which is not true because she never mentioned about discounts), the discounted price would be over $62.00 ($44.99+$10.00 for 2 pillows +HST), which still I believe is an excessive price for a " conforter ". Last - if I were one of the few to give you 2 * I would have thought twice (and please LEAVE the JUDGEMENT to the customers if you've an EXTREMELY competitive and fair price). ASSURE YOURSELF the return of the customers. However, I advise you to work on your negative sides instead of studying how to defend yourself and embellish the story of lies. have a nice day.

We've always had a positive experience here. They're pleasant, our clothes come out clean and in a timely manner. My husband left his sunglasses there about a month ago and the owner remembered him and returned them the next time he was in! They also have done a number of last-minute alterations for me without any hassle. Our dry cleaner of choice!

Owned by a husband and wife who recognize customers by name and always welcome you with a smile - how many businesses do that in today's world? Items dropped off are always cleaned in a timely, professional manner and never have that "sheen" you sometimes see from dry cleaners using poor chemicals. If you are not happy with your dry cleaner and live in the Long Branch/Mimico area, give them a try - you won't be disappointed!

Here's hoping I don't get reamed out by the owners like others have.... But I brought a few expensive items here that said 'professional dry clean only'. I'm not sure if this was ignored and a 'wet' process was used, but when I got my items back it was clear that shrinkage had occurred. The outside fabric of the items were extremely shrunken, and the linings were not... I did not make the business aware of my dissatisfaction, as my clothing was already ruined at this point, and complaining would not change this fact.

Brought in quite an assortment of clothing to be cleaned. I had instructed the lady behind the counter that I needed buttons replaced on a blazer and that they were in the left breast pocket. She noted the alteration on the ticket in pen and gave me my scheduled pick up time that was met, I was really happy with the quality of the clean/iron. However when I put away the blazer that was to be altered I noticed the buttons were not put on and they were missing from the breast pocket. I went back the same day to return the blazer where I was told it wasn’t repaired because the 5.00 charge wasn’t on the ticket. Mistakes happen, I wasn’t happy but understanding about things getting missed, I was given a new date to pick up my blazer and off I went. I returned 24 hrs after the scheduled time only to find out that my blazer wasn’t even in the store anymore and that I would have to wait to get the buttons replaced. I’m now at home without the blazer with no idea of when the garment will be ready to be picked up. I live so close by it would be a shame if his first experience drove me away from using this business, but evidently my 4 trips to the store are worth the 5.00 charge.

Horrible service, and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this particular dry cleaners. First off, they took 3 weeks to clean my Canada Goose Coat. The day of the scheduled pick up they changed the day around at least 3 times telling me they could not find a driver to drop my coat off at their store and told me to come back. The owner refused to take any responsibility for this. I will not return here again and use them for any future items that need cleaning. Do not go here, they are unprofessional and unorganized.

I was coming here for a couple years now. They didn’t provide the best service however because it was in the neighbourhood I would continue to use them. I recently brought in a custom made shirt for cleaning and they shirt was damaged. When i brought it in to be fixed they claimed no responsibility. Not even apologetic about it and claimed that a shirt I’ve worn twice in my life was damaged somewhere else. Nevertheless, do not use there service. Far better dry cleaners in the area.

Worst dry cleaning place ive ever been to. Response to the reply: I have a couple good dry cleaning places I use that are in my area however I have come to this one on occasion when I am around south Etobicoke. I came into this place one day to get my pants drycleaned. Right when I walked in I was rudely asked for my phone number and then they started yelling at me saying that I was the customer that complained about a Blaizer being cleaned improperly. I was confused as it wasn't me and let her know it wasn't me. Instead she kept yelling and shuffling around telling me to not move. I was really confused as I never even brought a blazer to this place in my life! I left moments later and brought the pants to my usual place. These workers here at long branch cleaners are very disgusting people running this dry cleaning place. You are fools. You did not inconvenience me in any way, as i mentioned you are fools.
