We were visiting Toronto and stumbled upon the place. The owner is very friendly and kind. We tried the vietnamese iced coffee, and it was unlike anything we had before - highly recommended! If you're a classic coffee drinker looking to try something different, their coffee beans is a must! Nice decors and love their lush greeneries, feels like you walk into a garden xD

There was absolutely no rush, the environment was so welcoming, and he worked with me to make sure my bridesmaid robes were exactly how I envisioned. Great little place. The space itself is airy and clean. But go for the banh mi! They take their time and make a great sandwich. The bread is so fresh--and the pate is a great touch to the classic sandwich.

This was my first visit here, I was well taken care of. A very sentimental / favourite pair of pants I had were too big after some weight loss. Brought them in and pants were measured, pinned and fixed in a few days. I'm impressed at the quality of service and speed - the pants fit like new again. The price was competitive with the area. I now trust these guys with my clo0thingt for the foreseeable future. Thanks, Dinh Tailor!

Dinh Taylor Coffee (and food!) is a welcome addition to the Mt. Pleasant Village. We have tired their Iced Vietnamese Coffee (beans roasted locally!), which boasted a beautiful espresso cooled with ice and balanced well with condensed milk. Simple, sweet, yum! Today we tried their 5-Spice Pork Banh Mi Sandwich with Pork Egg Rolls on the side. The bun was excellent, as were the proportions of meat to slaw ratio. They sell their slaw in store, which is a great addition to any pantry. The sandwich was very tasty, and the egg rolls had a perfect crunch and lovely addition of the dipping sauce. Can't wait for some colder weather so we can warm up next to a hot bowl of Beef Pho Soup!

Seriously, this place is out of my mind! I have never heard about them, never wemt there. Only know this placd thru Uber Eat due to the pandemic, can't dine in anywhere. After hundred times failure of trying Vietnamese restaurants to find my hometown taste. This place, blew my mind with their Mi Quang. Amazing! Wonderful! Package with all of care, well design, organized, performed. Tasty! The shirmp chip was crunchy forever! They must put some magic in there for sure! Didn't know they actually a tailor! Definitely will go there to have hot, fresh food when this lock down is over.

We felt well taken care of and Dihn Tailor has been making my suits ever since. Their material/brands they chose to work with is a higher quality than you would find in places like Indochino and other custom suiting businesses. For the value, it is definitely worth it to check them out as their service + material is top-notch.

I had bought a halloween costume online that was the wrong size so I needed it altered badly. I found Dinh Tailor through Google and hoped they could save my costume. Everyone was so nice and understanding and even remembered my name by my second visit to get fitted. The outfit fit amazingly after alterations and I will be recommending Dinh to everyone that needs any work done.

I have been waiting excitedly for this place to open as we haven't had a legit coffee place right in our 'hood for decades. Steve (owner) is an awesome guy and has done a great job setting this place up. I'm a coffee nerd and this coffee is excellent! He's also got pastries, cakes and a fairly robust dining menu. Can't wait for the weather to warm up and sit on that patio off to the side of this spot in front of the tailor's place next door. Stopping in each morning is part of my morning ritual now that he's here!!!!

Finally got to write a review after awhile. I went to them with my own hoodie to get embroidery on it. They called me a few days later that they accidentally poked a hole through my hoodie during the embroidery process, and so they offered to find me the same sweater and also do the embroidery for free since there will also be a delay. I respect that they owned up to the mistake and the embroidery job was good, but they didn't end up replacing the same hoodie that I brought in. I brought in a premium reverse weave champion and they replaced me with just the reverse weave. Also they never returned me the hoodie I originally brought in with the hole they poked through; they just threw it out without asking me if I would want it back.. UPDATE: Steven addressed the issue as best as possible and I couldn't expect more. They even ended up shortening the sleeves for me which look amazing, just like original, free of charge.

This new spot stands out among other Vietnamese restaurants as it brings a modern spin on the classic Vietnamese iced coffee, and dare I say, improves on tradition with their unique method and beans. They use Arabica beans and pull a potent shot from an espresso machine (unlike the typical metal drip filters). Since it starts out strong, you don't need to worry about the ice melting and watering down the coffee. We've had our fair share of Vietnamese iced coffees and this was hands down one of the most flavourful ones we've had, with distinct fruity/cocoa notes. The barista was friendly and took the time to explain their menu. Their Summer Roll with shrimp and pork belly was refreshing and their Banh Khot (mini savoury crepes) is a delicious offering you rarely find in Toronto. The rice dish was also great - we chose the 5 spice pork and lemongrass chicken. So happy we found this place. Please support this local gem!

I came here because of the good reviews so need to share mine. Last year I brought in my grandmother's gown to be shortened and taken in, when I went to pick it up it was the length of a shirt, I tried it on and it was fixed but is still much shorter than I wanted (because so much was initially cut off there isn’t really enough fabric to make it any longer). There's a bow on the waistband and the night I wore it the bow fell off within an hour, I had to sew it back on myself later. The seams are already coming apart and I've only worn it one time. While the seamstress was pleasant and it was done on time, this dress meant a lot to me and I wish I had brought it elsewhere.

This review is for the coffee place and not the tailor. The place is bigger than I expected it. Service was great and friendly. They took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. They walked all the way from the counter to closer to the entrance where I was waiting, to bring me the coffee. We ordered the Vietnamese coffee as well as 2 banh mis. They prepare the banh mis especially for you as they’re made to order. The ingredients were fresh and the baguette has a good amount of filling. It’s nicely wrapped and you know which packaging is which thanks to the labels that they put. I was expecting the coffee to be more on the sweeter side thanks to the condensed milk. But the darkness of the coffee was more empowering to me. I personally prefer coffee with milk and sugar. I would definitely come back to try their other banh mis and dishes. I was a bit disappointed that they did not have Vietnamese desserts. Their purple latte looks interesting too.

Ordered a custom-made suit online from a large M2M site and did not know what to entirely expect. When I received the suit, I figured I take it into a tailor to make sure it fits right and see if I need any further alterations (despite it being custom made already). Steven kept me honest with how i felt about the suit and even though I felt the suit to fit a bit tight, he recommended that I don't get any alterations done quite yet. Didn't get any tailoring done this time around, but have this spot in mind for any future needs!
