Alex cleaners can repair, fix, mend, stitch or clean items that no other Cleaner in the city would even consider. They have repaired items for me that I was prepared to throw out! Excellent workmanship. Best Cleaners I have ever been to.

Garbage.....WAY OVER PRICED.....WAY CHEAPER AT LILLIANS ON THE WESTWAY PLAZA. I'm disgusted on what he charges on dress shirts. Never again......please shop around!!!!!! Lesson learned!!!!!!!

OVERPRICED and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner needs to be reminded that there are hundreds of other cleaners in this city. I challenged him on what he was going to charge to clean my daughter's prom gown. He couldn't give me a valid explanation other than he's in the business to make a profit. Told me to go elsewhere, yelling at the top of his lungs. Obviously, he took advantage of my daughter naivety. Pathetic!!

Highly unprofessional - brought in jacket with stain that couldn't come out. Was fine with that but as a service not rendered it was clear that all he cared was about his money. For customer service alone I'd rate a minus if I could.

Clothes were clean, very expensive, but this place lost my husband's tie, and has not reimbursed us or made an effort to replace it. It's very upsetting. Myself nor my family will be using this place again.

The man at the counter is extremely rude and unprofessional. Hope you know that several patrons in the plaza witnessed your childish tantrum and petty, disgusting behaviour. Your lack of respect is disgraceful.

This is not a real dry cleaners, My clothes shranked by 2 sizes. And most importantly they water clean your clothes at this location!!!
