VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We brought in curtains to have hemmed but decided the next morning to return the curtains for a different option of blinds instead. NOTHING WAS PERFORMED ON THE CURTAINS WHATSOEVER except hanging them up on their rack. Their so-called "No Refund" policy was broken as I witnessed another customer right in front of me having his money returned to him after he changed his mind on another project. FINALLY, Funds have been returned. I would CAUTION anyone considering using their services with very UNFAIR company policy for work NOT PERFORMED.

Dissapointed and I do not recommend. I was a client here for almost 3 years since moving to the Langford area. Recently I bought a beautiful dress for a wedding and brought it in brand new 2 days after purchase, out of the bag, for alterations. A week later I came to pick it up being promised it would be completed along with my mans suit, his suit was fine but my dress and shirt I brought in were incomplete. After a week they couldn’t even finish their job. More than half of the dress was left unfinished and the wedding was in 2 days. I had also brought in a shirt with holes in both arms and they left one side untouched and charged me $150 for all of this! This shows lack of care. Expensive and not worth the service. I came back the day before the wedding and picked up my dress and found ink stains on it. I contacted them about all of the mishap and the owner blamed me! She told me she never messes up her work and that she ‘doesn’t use that ink’. I will never come back here and I suggest you look elsewhere if you wish for professional and caring business. I was hoping they would try to at least make up for all of the mistakes, yet they blame the client. ???????? -5/5 rating.

Took running pants in to have one leg zipper replaced....had 2 phone calls to say they were behind in work - finally had them ready after 2 weeks of waiting. Picked the pants up , got home - looked at the pants: NO zipper in one leg and had replaced the zipper in the other that didn’t need replaced!!!! The sewing was ridiculously terrible...threads hanging and not even sewn on properly. Will NEVER use this business again and will tell all not to use! Didn’t even rate 1 star!

I've come here for years to have my pants hemmed and minor alterations on garments. The staff are generally friendly and the quality of work has always been top notch, I have never had any problems. I am very happy with their service.

Worst f*ing service. Don't go here they will ruin your clothing.. I dropped off my 2 work shirt to shorten the sleeve and they literally cut off half my sleeve and the lady said she would fix it and have it ready end of day two days later. When I went in nothing was heard of it from the person working at the time and now I need to get new work shirts cause when I finally went in the next day to get them to call her they made me wait 10 mins and she rushed over with ONLY ONE SHIRT.. told me to come back Thursday.. I paid 50 dollars for that????? extremely unimpressed . ????

They used to be ok, but now that they are busy, they are getting very sloppy and lazy. Lots of mistakes and they don’t accept responsibility for their mistakes. I’m sure there are a few tailors and seamstresses in Langford/Colwood area that will do a better job for better prices.

Expensive, unfriendly and unskilled; they completely destroyed several pairs of pants I asked them to hem for me. All pairs are cut to wildly different lengths, far too long with very visible and unappealing stitching. These pants are junk now.

I've been going to Tailor 2 Fit for almost 10 years as I have difficulty finding clothes off the rack that fit. During this time I've had many items of clothing altered and always been satisfied with the quality of work. Vanessa and her team have come up with suggestions and altered different items to fit me perfectly. One time I needed a rush job on a suit for an interview. I was so grateful they were able to do it and I got the job! I'm very happy with the service I've received.

If I could leave no stars I honestly would! Took my wedding dress in for a basic alteration with a week to go until I left for my wedding abroad. I was promised it would be ready the day before I went, the dress was pinned and I paid. I went in to get it and it wasn’t done, there was no real apology, no attempt to fix the issue, just some excuse about losing the ticket. Am now runnng around the day before I fly trying to get it altered elsewhere. I would have been better off doing it myself! Absolutely useless.

Had a very expensive dress hemmed here and the hem fell the first hour I had the dress on. Way over priced and the owner who has the only power to issue refunds is only in 3 days a week after 2 PM. You cant leave a message for a return call as per the staff "she is too busy to return calls, you have to come in to talk to her". Very poor frustrating service. Ps expect to also have to steam your dress upon pickup as it was wrinkled when I picked it up.

Made a serious error, then said we had no proof. I figured the 1 inch shorter inseam on our hemmed pants was proof enough. The owner was ride and difficult to deal with.
