I picked my suit today and the embroidery and stones were totally damaged on the neck, also there is a noticeable fade in colour. When I gave my suit to the lady there she didn’t tell me anything about these circumstances so that I could have said no to give my suit for dryclean. Moreover, she only compensated for $3.00

I had two coats, two blazers, and a dress dry cleaned for 91 dollars. They came back with deodorant marks, full of wrinkles and covered in lint. Poor experience.

Will never go back to this place!!! Had been going there for past year. They ruined my suit jacket in the last cleaning and refused to take responsibility for it, arguing that it was normal wear and tear. As if I would walk around wearing a torn $500 suit. I don't mind if people make mistakes but the least they can do is acknowledge it. The lady essentially implied that I was lying when I told her I brought them the suit without the damage. On top of that, dry cleaners usually check if there is damage - her answer to my comment on that is that they have too many clothes to process and they don't have time to look at the clothes. So how can we trust you to clean our clothes if you apparently don't even check them!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. They have no sense of customer service. Other customers, beware!!!

Wow, I brought my work dress uniform in for dry cleaning. When I went to put it on it looked amazing! The pressing was fantastic on the pants and even the dress shirt looked brand new. The fabric on my tunic tends to attract a lot of dirt and dust but they made sure to clean every inch of it. It's always nice to trust a dry cleaner when dealing with a uniform that goes under military style scrutiny and passes with flying colours. Amazing job, I will definitely come back for more business.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Suits + shirts weren't cleaned on time. Ripped an expensive tailored shirt, blamed me for damaging my own shirt, and refused to compensate me for the cleaning fee, which I paid unknowingly. Asked who in their right mind would bring a damaged shirt for cleaning, only to be met with the owner angrily blaming me for the damage and claiming that her customers make this mistake all the time. Advised the owner that liability can be easily avoided by simply calling the customer if they drop off damaged clothes PRIOR to cleaning them, but was met by more excuses and anger from the owner. Was considering suing in a small claims court, but owner settled to replace 50% of cost of the shirt. Highly unprofessional, lack of responsibility and recommend all potential patrons to search for another dry cleaner.

This spot is fantastic! I have all my alterations and repairs done here, from business attire to outdoor and camping gear. Ileane does excellent work and has never missed a deadline or done a sub-par job. Business attire - from hemming to alterations, she nails it every time. This place is a hidden gem. I have been taking my items here for 5+ years and have never been disappointed. All work is very in-expensive so I recommend tipping well!

Never open. Ive stopped here multiple times to pick up items and they are always closed. Several times (during business hours) was a sign hanging in the door saying 'running errands, back in 30 minutes'. Very inconvenient. Also, on numerous occasions I stopped by to grab items 10-15 minutes before their closing time... and they're already closed?! This place is consistently inconsistent.
