I have never had the pleasure of using their service and do not want to suggest an edit to their hours of operation, but there is a sign on the door saying "Closed at 3PM due to Covid", just a heads up.

Ottewell Drycleaners is a great locally owned business in our community. Service and Quality are a 5 star plus. Same day service is available and my clothes always come on time and on budget. This father and son team is a great reason to shop local and spend your dry cleaning money on a family that loves it's community. A few months ago I had forgotten to pick up my clothes for my Mexico trip. After a few frantic emails after hours. They met me at the shop on Sunday when they were closed and made sure I had all my fancy vacation threads to take with me. It was a lifesaver! Thanks Ottewell Drycleaners!

Very poor service. Gave them three buisness days to clean an item of ours and came back on the day they said they would be done and they hadn’t even started the process. Staff did not rectify the situation and now unfortunately have to buy a brand new set as we are not from the area and can’t stop in at a later date to pick them up. Extremely dissatisfied.

Today I had a great experience at the Ottewell Cleaners and Tailoring. I had a couple of suits dry cleaned and Dean did not disappoint. I was very impressed with the quality of work which was done at the time agreed on. Dean took the time to explain their dry cleaning process. The store was neat and orderly. The prices were reasonable compared to other dry cleaners I have dealt with. I live an hour away but will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

Had a stuck zipper problem. Couldn't make it budge. OC diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. No need for a new zipper. And no charge. You can't beat that!
