The door is locked on arrival, I have found the business to not be open on posted hours on occasion, and I was not allowed to temporarily bring my clean bike inside while doing business, as I had forgot a lock. I’ll be going elsewhere.

She does excellent work and is actually a real, properly trained tailor. I've taken clothes to her to show her and she will tell me if it's worthwhile to alter or if it's going to be too expensive. The door is locked and you have to ring the doorbell because unfortunately, she's had thefts.

Perhaps one of the most friendly Cleaners and tailors I have ever experienced. I brought in a designer fall/winter jacket that needed some care. She immediately identified the challenges, how to resolve it and explained it perfectly. She kept in contact via phone calls as to the progress. Once I received the items that needed repair, I was truly blown away. It was flawless. Kind. Genuine. Professional. (PS... ask about her fish tanks) 11/10. Well done.
