Fast & lower price for a zipper replacement for my work jacket than many other's! Arrived a little after 11 on a Saturday, was told could have it back after 3 on Sunday! Don't know how long it takes to get it done personally, but next day service on outdoor work gear is much better than coming back a week or more later! Quietly tucked away in a corner as the Mall undergoes renovations, yet they were quicker than some of the bigger name's & didn't gouge on the cost! Friendly. Quick to respond with no 2nd guessing about the time. Asked for my desired method & verified upon pick up it was how I wanted

This place has been very good to me. I've had mostly hems and a few sleeves shortened. The result every time is exactly what I was hoping for from their part. Prices are comparable to what I've seen elsewhere and they always do it as quick as they reasonably can. Plus, they are almost always very warm and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend.

I have had my pants hemmed and brought a brides maids dress here. They were honest with me about the fact that the dress didn't need to be hemmed (If they were just out for the money they would have "hemmed" it and charged me anyways). My girlfriend also brings everything here and swears by it.

I had heard rumors that another tailor inside the mall told customers that were looking for this tailoring shop that this place went out of business, this is not true AT ALL, they moved to another location still inside the mall, upstairs in the hallway between Black Sheep Gifts and the entrance of the Hudson's bay.. Very good service, very honest reccomendations, very good work, And an overall great experience.

This place has gone downhill fast. Years ago, they used to do quality and affordable work. Now, the prices are high and the quality of work is subpar. They didn't do all the work that they promised and the work that was done was shoddy and because they wrote up the receipt incorrectly, there was nothing I could do. The lady(owner) was unwilling to honor the work that I paid for and simply did not care as I had prepaid. They do a lot of business, so this is why they don't care if some customers are unhappy. Stay away from this place unless you like high prices and poor quality work.

I have always come here for repairs and additions to my clothing. The seamstresses are very professional, experienced, and the work is always done on time! Thank you for saving so many of my jackets and jeans!

terrible customer service, my friend came here to get her dress tailored and she was told she was too fat and she should just go on a diet instead. i’ve seen multiple other reviews/ heard other people say they had a similar experience, not to sure why this place is still open.

The tailor shop was hidden a little bit in the mall, they do have an entrance right by their shop which is very convenient. I think that the quality of their work is great and the ladies are very friendly, everything was done in a timely manner

Used the repair service to replace a zipper in my winter coat. After picking up the parka the zipper failed again within a few uses and I returned to the store. They were helpful and kind enough to check their records as I did not have the receipt. There was no problem with them offering to repair the zipper and making a suggestion that might ensure that the zipper will be trouble free going forward.

Worst dry cleaning company! Dropped off my canada goose winter jacket perfectly fine (color is black) when I picked it up white marks are all over the jacket. Brought it back to get the issue resolve but the lady (I believe is the owner) shrugs her shoulder off and did not care. She just simply said that's the way it is and says nothing she can do. Worst customer service and job was not properly done. I would definitely not recommend it, your clothes would just get ruined... STAY AWAY!

They don't even deserve one star. They had my bridesmaid dress for 2 weeks, I called the day it was supposed to be ready as I was leaving the very next day for a wedding it wasn't even ready yet said it would be ready by 2:30pm I pick it up at 5 and I'm 100% sure they didn't do any alterations it was still really big so it seemed like it wasn't taken in at all and it was extremely long so it wasn't hemmed either. I had to use safety pins all over my dress just to be able to wear it. Cost me $150 for these alterations and I'm sure they weren't done. I would highly recommend not using them terrible terrible work.

Drove in to pick up my suit after dropping it off a week ago to be tailored and was told they forgot to do it. Living 40mins outside the city, this was a major inconvenience and I was offered no help. Nice people but a bad experience for me. Unfortunately, I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.
