Friendly but their stitching falls apart on every piece. I’ve spent hundreds here and have to bring them back to repair again and again. My mom has the same experience. They lost a piece of my clothes and are “still looking for it.” When they add darts to shirts, they’re uneven. I should have tested them out before bringing half of my wardrobe to them at once. It’s all wrecked and having to bring it back and return again and again is beyond time consuming. Not to mention, they’re expensive for terrible work. I regret ever setting foot here.

I went in to get 4 pairs of pants hemmed. The only person there was a lady who measured me and gave me a quote / ticket number and to come back Monday to pick them up. I went back Monday and they had lost the pants and told me to come back another day. I went back AGAIN and they had found them however wanted to charge me more than double what I was quoted! This other lady told me that the first lady does not know pricing. Well why is she working the till then??? I don't know what these guys have going on but very unorganized and the measurements they took were wrong. I have one pair that are too long and another too short. I will not go back there and not happy with my 3 visit experience.

This place is terrible. I dropped off a shirt to have patches put on. I went to pick up my shirt at 8:20 on a Tuesday cause they open at 8 and they were closed. Sign showed closed and door was locked. I came back the next day same time and they were closed still, so I guess they advertise they open at 8 but don't actually open then. When they were finally open and I tried to pick up my shirt, the lady told me that the person who put the patches on had done it crooked so she had to fix it. Highly recommended going somewhere else, as I will never return to this place again, and never recommend it to any family or friends.

Dropped off my dad's old, beat-up suede jacket. It was ripped and stained, but it's a reminder of him. They fixed it up and cleaned it as best they could. I'm totally happy with the results. It's not perfect, but suede is tricky to clean, and it turned out as good as I had hoped.

I have been here several times. The first two experiences were pretty positive. The last was less so. I had a bridesmaids dress altered. When I picked it up it had cups that were probably 3 cup sizes too small for me. I was quoted $60 for the alterations and ended up paying $110 because of the baby cups - I had to remove them at home because they DID NOT fit in the slightest. For small alterations they are incredibly reliable and fast but I would not bring another important alteration there again.

I feel I was really charged high for alteration ..I was charged $30 plus for alteration..I am happy with shoe cleaning and was charged with a nominal rate of $25.I will not recommend this place again for any alternation or any dress related needs.

I had a suede jacket which got severely stained from travelling in our suitcase, thought forsure it was totally ruined... They were able to complete clean the jacket without stretching the material or damaging it at all, customer service is phenomenal every time I come, thank you all, I highly recommend them!

I come here often for all my clothing and uniform alterations / dry cleaning. I haven’t had any issues and it’s been over a dozen times. I think the stitch In one pair of my uniform pants came undone, but could also be job related wear and tear.

Terrible service! Brought in 2 jackets for alterations. Were not done as promised; was told that it was at her mom's house still and not done. Was very rude about the situation and didn't even apologize. The work was very average to mediocre and definitely overpriced. Others have had similar experiences. The shop is dark, messy and unkempt with clothes all over the floor. Very unprofessional - wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! ***Instead, highly recommend ELLWOOD TAILORS (268-91 St) just on the other side of Ellerslie Road by 7-11. EXCELLENT WORK AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Have taken many items there for alterations - Jamie always exceeded expectations. She really cares about doing an excellent job for her customers! Best tailor I've ever been to - highly recommend her!

Such an amazing shop????had a zipper break on my only jacket, called ahead to see if they had a tailor on site, they did, and within 30 minutes of my zipper breaking I had a new zipper and was on my way! It's a friendly atmosphere and I would definitely recommend this etablishment ☺good prices +great people = excellent service????

Ruined a dress for my daughter we bought on a trip, so it’s not like I can go and buy another one. The person at the front desk didn’t take down my request properly, so what I wanted wasn’t done. What was done ruined the embroidery and no effort was made to make it look even a little acceptable. Not once did someone ever phone me to confirm what I wanted or tell me it was done, I made three trips to try and collect the dress. I will give them credit for not making me pay and being very pleasant and professional though.
