very impressed with the overall result. Had some tar stuck on my leather jacket but when they were done with it, it was flawless. staff kept me informed of my clothing and when i would be receiving it. only down side was the final cost.

I bought a dress the day before I needed it in a size too large. I walked in here not knowing if there was any chance it could be altered on time. The lady who greated me told me she could have it done in a couple hours. I was blown away! When I came back to pick it up it was done perfectly and for a decent price. I'll be back for sure. This shop was a life saver for me!

Dropped off suit and shirt and told them I needed them for Saturday morning for a wedding at 2pm. Showed up at noon, clothes were in a wrinkly pile on the floor and was told they forgot to do them. Now scrambling to figure out a backup plan. Won't be going back.

Not impressed with this "5 star tailor" last week i asked the lady at the front if it's okay if i was a bit late to pick up my two jackets that she dated on when to come back, because i noticed the sign said they close at 5 due to covid, and she said yes, all i have to do is call them before i make my way there. i even called them during work to remind them i might be late, but no one answered so i lefft them a voicemail reminding them i might be late, no answer or call back... got there and it was closed. I was warned not to come here but i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. NEVER AGAIN.

Wont be back.customer service was horrible. They have ruined multiple pairs of my Jeans hemmed them too short. I either get dresses or pants hemmed,prices have doubled I in Price in less than 2 months.

I took some coveralls there to get dry cleaned, they charged me 20 bucks a pair. Page the cleaner will do them for like 7 bucks a pair. ‘Nuff said.

She is the best. I called her Thursday morning in panic bc my even was Sunday morning. I came to her on Thursday that my dress cannot zip up... she opened the side but still didn’t fit.. then came in Saturday night! Normally doesn’t open saturdays just to help my zip get readjusted and fixed so that my dress would close/ zip up..and she was busy! This is what you call exception customer service. She has just gained my entire family for a lifetime! I’m very big on help people but she went beyond my exception! I will not go anywhere else but her! And this was my first time meeting her!

Horrible service and workmanship. I took 5 items to be hemmed to this tailor who took over two weeks to "finish". Then when I arrived at the tailor I was told, she still hadn't had time to do one. She always unilaterally decided to not make my clothes as short as measured because they might shrink. When I got home I tried them on and two of the items she said she did do wasn't hemmed at all. No work had be done on it. I went back and complained and she offered to redo the items that we sized incorrectly or not done at all free of charge. Okay, so I thought maybe they just messed my order up. When I went back to get my clothes the second time - again item had not been completed and items were not sized to specifications. Stay away!! Do not use this vendor.

I have had great experience at this tailor shop. The store looks beautiful and the owner was really fun to talk to. I needed to have my pants altered asap and she was able to help me do it quickly. Highly recommend this place!

Referred to this place by my friends,had my uniform taken in on the side and shorten the sleeves .Very please with fit.price was very reasonable .i will definitely be coming here for and future alterations.

Terrible. They told me to come pick them up today. I show up and they are not done. They said come back in 20 and it will be read. 30mins later still not ready. If they said Wednesday, fine....I just wouldn't have wasted my time coming here to wait for something that was supposed to be done.
