I love the way Megan adjusted my wedding dress! I had a very long train with lace margin and sensitive materials and she did an incredible meticulous job on it! I adore how professional and kind she was with me during our appointments too. Due to Covid, she was able to adjust it within only 2 weeks, despite extensive work due on it! She is one of the best seamstress in west island , the good thing of her is that before trying on the clothes , she tells the price of alteration , all aspects and points of doing the alteration and if it is worth it to do or not ! I love her attitude and respect it because it makes it easier for customer to decide doing the adjustment or not !

Megan went above and beyond to repair the hem on my daughter’s wedding dress. The dress had been shortened by another seamstress and my daughter was heartbroken when she saw the hem was twisted and puckered. It was 10 days before the wedding and Megan took the dress and did a such fantastic job on the hem. She is a pleasure to work with; so kind and she genuinely wanted to help. I highly recommend Megan.

I was looking for someone who can do wedding gown alterations in the West Island when I happened upon Megan online. Her store doesn’t have a lot of online presence but I took a chance. I knew I made the right choice the second we started pinning :) She is AMAZING. My dress has intricate beading and multiple layers of delicate material. She manipulated them with care and command. Her work is superb down to the smallest minute details. Professional and concise, yet warm and caring. Her price is totally fair considering the work she does. Cannot wait for the big day. I went to Megan for my wedding dress alterations as well as my mom's dress. She spent a lot of time with us and the result was beautiful. The hem and train of my dress have a lot of complicated detail so I'm sure hemming the dress wasn't an easy job!

Went for an appointment for a wedding dress fitting. Instead of telling me the alternations I needed were out of her skill range, she was telling me they were not possible or too much work. For example, I wanted to hem dress in the front since it is too long, she seemed annoyed at having to cut and restitch them - she also said I needed more appliqués since there would be holes in the tule as a result of this work. I see good reviews here but I assume it is for very basic alternations. I was there for 20 minutes and she charged me 40$ just to put a few pins in my dress and tell me my dream wedding dress was not possible... I also was not informed of any fees for a consultation so the charge took me by surprise. Awful customer service.

I came to write a good review for Megan and I saw many people before me gave her their regards and greeting, except one guy who is complaining about phone answering !!! I think his comment is not fair at all ! As one of her customers , I never have seen any bad attitude or impolite behavior, I called her many time for making appointment or cancelling the appointment and she always was patient and polite ! I can imagine what happened on the phone ( by the owner's respond to his comment ) , some people think they are the center of the earth and their demand can not be refused for any reason , also I know working on complicated job and wedding dresses needs lots of concentratin, so maybe there is no time or patience to answer the phones which are about estimating of a SMALL JOB ! Any way , I picked up my bridesmaid dress yesterday, it turned out amazing ! My dress needed a complicated adjustment and I was wondering if it would be done ! It has been done in the best way ! THANK YOU MEGAN FOR ALL AMAZING JOB YOU DID ON MY DRESSES ! ????

Megan did an amazing job with altering my wedding dress. The skirt is composed of a complicated 4 layers (mix of tulle and silk), and I was amazed at how she shortened every later to perfection. She also took in the waist, the fabric of which was a mix of beads and embroidery. She takes her time with the measurements and is a very kind woman. Her prices are pretty standard for wedding dress alterations. Highly recommend!

I am her customer for many years and she always alter my clothes in a good and proper way. Before measurement she tells me her professional and honest opinion , if it worth it to do or if it come out well ,then I can decide . The only thing she is tough about, is the time .As she does all the alteration on time , she doesn't like you make an appointment and do not show up ! I made an appointment for my daughter to alter her prom dress and I completely forgot about it that made her upset! For her good jobs she did for me I give her 5 star and I wish I could give her more than 5 !

Also, when I had an issue with one of the stitches, she fixed it within a few minutes and I was on my way. She is very calm and knowledgeable about what can and cannot be done with alterations.
