I have been to Boutique Anna Bella a few times, the very first time I got there, the level of clientele and hostility towards me from the Bella itself, that’s what brought me back the second, third and many times, she is very honest with her customers and humble, the the first time I went there for a window shop I end up buying a bag, but I went back and bought so many things because of the quality of her products and her kindness and therefore I will recommend the shop to any of my family and friends to go and shop there, I will not stop shopping there as long as she remains I will be going there, now I became a regular customer sometimes I go there and take whatever I need from the store and pay later and she never bothered me or call me for once to remind me. I trust her business and that is very important between customer and client. Thank you Bella I appreciate your business.

Run away as far as you can!!! Worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. Once you’ll make a deposit she’ll ghost you and do anything she can to avoid you. I ordered in March 2020, we’re in August 2021. She just called and screamed at me for wanting my money back. After MONTHS of fighting, she just called to say "come get your pitty money". Don’t waste your time and don’t trust those people (aka her friends) putting 5 stars because she asked them to.

Whenever I ask her to do my dress everybody ask where I bought my dress that's how good she is. Nobody will go there and be disappointed except the ungrateful ones. SCAMMER!!! I urge everyone reading this review to stay away from boutique anna bella. She is unprofessional, very very rude to her customers, and charge ridiculous prices. Once you pay your deposit to sew a dress she will ghost you and tell you she's not available for fitting until the actual day you need it that's when she sews it. Her store seems to be filled with what looks like contraband goods and she tags them for unreasonable prices. Again, stay away. Only if you're willing to deal with someone that tells lies and deceit you into taking your money.
