Great place for alterations. I've taken lots of items there and work has always been done in a timely fashion and to a professional standard. The owners are very friendly which makes it feel like a mom and pop business which is exactly what it is. Not many like this around anymore which is a shame.

Been in business for around 50 years. Charming old couple run it. Mainly specializing in mess dress for military members. Fair pricing for custom jobs. As long as you are patient and not in a rush you will be very happy with the outcome. You can tell that this business is the tailor's passion. He is well past retirement age and you can tell he wouldn't be rather doing anything else.

He made me a custom RCN Mess-Kit and High-Collar whites. Prices are good, workmanship is excellent, but his language and flirty personality towards women is definitely Old School. His wife passed-away in pre-covid and his shop seems to be a lot quieter. Hopefully he stays open for a few more years, I have a promotion coming up and as a Purple Trade, I`m going into the Army and will need a new Mess-Kit.

I have been going there for years, it's not fancy I would say old school feel. This couple have been serving the neighborhood for years, also this sweet little lady can sew ! I know that a lot of service people go there as well.

I went to Quinpool Tailor Shop with a pair of pants that required alterations and asked if it was possible for it to be completed within two days. He delivered on time as promised, and it fits incredibly well. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Really nice people, and they do excellent work for less than they should be charging. The older gentlemen behind the counter is a bit deaf, so that could be a slight issue, but everything always turns out okay. I totally recommend them.
