Service and quality are exceptional!

We have been dealing with Mrs. Sidhu and her friendly staff since she moved her business to Sunshine Hills Shopping Center (by Safeway) in 1983. Her dry cleaning, laundry and alterations have always been well done and on time. The staff is very friendly, efficient and courteous. Same day service available if necessary (other than alterations - depending on the day). Our one draw back is that we find the new location less easy to access as we don't naturally go across that extra block to the Boundary Park Shopping Center for many other services. We still think that there are few Cleaners that can rival Sunshine Hills Cleaners. We highly recommend their services for all your fabric cleaning needs.

Highly recommend- always friendly, helpful service. Dry cleaning, mending and alterations always done when I need them. Usually I wait a couple days because I plan, but in a pinch, when I forget something, they always rush for me! I have been using them for years, and if I ever have a problem (maybe 3 times in ten years?) they redo, or rectify at no cost. Very good customer service, and lovely to see the owners there most of the time!

My mom brought in her wedding dress. She got a makeup stain trying it on it two days before the wedding! Talk about a panic attack! Mrs Sidhu was amazing and actually fixed it for us with a three hour turnaround specifically because “she didn’t want her to worry about it over the weekend”. The stain is gone, my mom is so grateful and this will be our family’s dry cleaner from now on!

Would not recommend for beaded wedding dresses. They did a good job with stains but there were whole strings of beads that fell off leading to noticeable patches. They did not point this out to me when I picked it up and unfortunately I only realized after leaving the store.

Worst dry cleaners in the area, took a $160 dress shirt in with no visibly stains when i picked it up had two large chemical burn/stains. After speaking to the owner she used every dry cleaning excuse in the book to not have to replace the shirt. Offered $8 worth of more dry cleaning..... lol.

It was a new shirt, only worn once and given it for dry cleaning along the suit. they charged me $35 the dirt on the shirt collar and cuffs not even cleaned. I would not recommend anyone this place.

Sunshine Drycleaners did an amazing job. Mrs. Sidhu removed a stain on my shirt that no other drycleaners were able to do. She provided excellent customer service, prompt service, and a quality job. I highly recommend this place as you will be impressed. I'm now a customer for life.

I just left this place and I am never coming back. How they still have business with their insane pricing is unreal. I brought a bag of laundry. 12 of 15 shirts were brand new never worn. I dropped it off for regular drop off laundry service. Emphasized I didn't want dry cleaning, just regular tumble laundry. The 4 other places I've been in my life it would only cost me about $15 for the entire thing. This not being my first time didn't bother to ask for pricing. When I picked up my clothes I find out I have a $130 bill waiting for me. She was telling me that she had to work hard to get the stains out, which is a complete lie. She said that laundry service is $5/item. And $8/item drycleaning. And additional charges if they press it. Again , I've never paid more than $25 for laundry. So I was just shock. $130 for regular wash and press on brand new clothing? They don't even post their prices up anywhere or tell you when you drop off, even though she asked me if it was my first time there. Unless your rich and don't care about money. Never go here. You can get the exact same basic services at any cleaner for literally 10 times less. I don't understand how they still have customers???

Worst customer service ever. I dropped black fleece (with all black zippers on the pockets) off for zipper repairs. It took them 3-4 months to do it. First time put brass zipper on looked so ugly. Asked them replace it with black and second time they told me that they have to order black zippers from the states and it will take 2 weeks to come, again waited only to find out that they put silver zipper on it. And the stupid person is accusing me that I agreed to the silver and hung up the phone on me. Avoid if you can going to that place

Honestly I can not describe how amazing Mrs Sidhu and her team are. I came in with a Gucci scarf I bought my wife in Paris that had accidentally been put in the wash and dryer and it was in absolute pieces. Mrs Sidhu spent hours stretching and working the fabric until it was back to normal. She's honestly nothing short of amazing Do not hesitate to bring her any products , price is more then reasonable always Life long customer from now on

My dress was ruined from another alteration company. I called Mrs. Sidhu, and she told me to bring it in. She took her time, and even re-did what the lady did at the other place since it wasn't done well. She did a fabulous job with my dress and I am very happy with the results. I will continue to come here in the future!

I have never seen my clothes look this good before. Other cleaners have been lazy and it was obvious. The owner came out to tell me how much she loved my clothing and treated it like her own. I love clothes and I have some very expensive items. I fully trust this company with my collection! Some single items of mine are thousands each so that should stand for something. Sunshine Hills Cleaners has been our go to dry cleaners for over 30 years even though we have to cross town to get there. Kanchan and her staff are always very friendly and helpful in assessing what is necessary to get the best results or if dry cleaning is even recommended. We can always count on a great job and a quick turnaround for those emergencies. Traditional dry cleaning is a very toxic process so the environmentally friendly method at Sunshine Hills is a big deal!
