They did an amazing job altering and mending a few pieces of clothing I had! My bridesmaid dress was not the right length and had marks on the skirt I couldn't get out when it was returned to me. If I have formal pieces of clothing I probably would choose somewhere else to get them altered, however for everyday clothing pieces, they do great work.

Very good customer service. I was having a bad day up until I went there to do get my son's suit refitted for his graduation ceremony. They warmly greeted me when I entered and upon hearing that I wanted the suit as soon as possible (part of the reason I was having a bad day was from stress that I wouldn't get everything done on time for my son's graduation), they offered to do the job while I continued shopping in the mall. I was really surprised and, indeed, when I returned, it was exactly as I wanted. I was really happy, and better yet, my son actually commented on the suit when he put it on, saying that it actually really looked good. Their work made my son look really great on a really important day. And they are so humble, they wouldn't even accept my tips. I will definitely be coming back; you can count on my support. :DD

The service and staff is absolutely amazing. They are very friendly and professional. My alterations were done very neatly and on a timely manner. They were also able to do my drycleaning on a rush order as I needed it sooner than the date that was being given. I would recommend to everyone.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years and it recently was sold to new owners. This used to be a very good place to get your items altered and drycleaned. I have just been treated rudely. I brought a dress here to be altered and they cut it and altered it incorrectly. It was too short. I went back to have them fix it and she accused me of telling the staff that I was ok with the measurements she made. Yes I was happy with the measurements she made because it was measured correctly but it was obviously cut and sewn incorrectly and is now too short. I went back to have her let out some of the hem but she became defensive and accusatory towards me. When she finally agreed to fix it she was rude and told me I had to wait for a ticket only to not serve me at all. I finally got frustrated after 10 min of being ignored and left. This is a warning not to take your clothing here as the staff is not as capable as the staff that used work here. They don't seem to have the same care when sewing as the previous staff. The other item I brought here did not have a straight stitch. It's a shame as the previous owner was absolutely lovely and her staff was excellent at their craft. Just know that these are different owners. Although they kept the name, it is not the same level of quality as before. I believe the good reviews previously made were made during the time of the previous ownership.

I brought in a pair of mens jeans that I needed to tailor to fit a woman's body and they were able to alter them to my perfect size. They were very helpful and welcoming and were able to alter them at a reasonable price. Will definitely be getting my clothes altered here from now on.

Brought my wool blend PeaCoat and my mum's wool sweater in for dry cleaning, mine was supposed to be ready Thursday and hers on Saturday. I went to pick them both up on Saturday thinking I'd save myself a trip but they said that they didn't know where they were. We gave them a full week to find our items but unfortunately they apparently lost them forever. They did pay us back full price for both items (why they get 3 stars) but I'm still out a coat...and have to find a new one. I appreciate that they tried their best to find it, and covered the loss....but I'll never trust them with my clothes again. ***I have had things dry cleaned with no issues in the past from the same store.

Very nice and friendly people working here. If you can describe your problem (ripped pants, shirt too big, pants too long), they can come up with a solution! In all my years of being a Stitch World Customer, I've never had a problem. They provide their services quickly and at a very reasonable price. I've brought in all sorts of alterations (I'm crazy about how my clothes fit) and they've never ever let me down. Come see them if you need any alterations done. You will be pleased for sure.

I've been to this little gem for the past 2 years. Every time I buy a new pair of pants or shirt this is the place I would go, the lady would remember my size, she always makes my clothes fit me perfectly.

I have been going to this little seamstress shop since they first opened around 15 years ago. They are quick and do a wonderful job. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They did a beautiful job on my daughter's wedding dress when I got it cleaned. You do get loyalty points with $10 knocked off on a filled card and the dabs you get is dependent on the price. Give it a try if you are in need of a clean or an alteration!
