100% recommend!! Me and my mom went to many commonly known places to get my prom dress altered but none of them seemed confident enough to pull it off. But these guys knew EXACTLY what they were doing and were so professional that I felt completely safe with leaving my dress in their hands. I got my dress the next week and it was perfect!! It was also very reasonably priced so we will definitely be going again.

Customer service is kind of poor. I was inquiring about their services as I needed someone to work on my overcoat. However, I've been to a tailor that I wasn't too happy with so for due diligence, I asked them a few questions. I presented a scenario in which: 1. I come into the store, I tell them how I want the fit to be, they measure and then tailor it. 2. I come back after they've tailored it, and I'm not happy with the fit. What can the store do to resolve the issue? They said they will do nothing and to go somewhere else if that happens. (Wow) Apparently they've either never had this issue (That means they haven't been in business long) or they don't care about customer satisfaction.

This review is long overdue but I just wanted to share what a wonderful job the owner did with my bridesmaid dress. Excellent communication and amazing quality of work. She is such a professional. Any tailoring I need to get done in the future I will definately come back here :) great turn around time and perfect hemming on the dress, looked like it came from the factory at the right height for me! Can't say enough good things about them :)

I showed up on a day that the tailor told me to come that was convenient for them and then they apparently left early because of something urgent. Fine. I get that emergencies happen, but at least tell your potential clients so that they don’t drive there in traffic??!! Come on. This person’s response was to tell me that they’re busy and can’t keep track of all appointments. So unprofessional.

She was super easy to communicate with and clearly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and the job was well done. She fixed the back of my wedding dress, it needed to have redone and a corset added to it. Highly recommend her :)
