This is THE WORST dry cleaner I have ever been to. I dropped of my citizen jeans to get the back pocket repaired (small rip along the seam) and when I picked them up, there was a new hole above the other pocket, and the rip in the knee was completely ruined. I brought it to their attention within their 48 policy as stated on the back of their dry cleaning slip and the owner REFUSED TO HELP ME, even after ruining my $350 jeans. After much arguing he eventually gave me the $10 back that it cost me to get the pocket repaired, but no compensation for the DAMAGE they caused. I also asked to have my other items back that were waiting to be dry cleaned this week, and he REFUSED to give them back. DO NOT GO HERE.

I found it very unprofessional that I was given receipts with no pricing on them and I was expected to come back and pay whatever they thought was fair for the repair. When asked about pricing, owners, i assume, took their time negotiating discussing what to charge me. I understand there are different kinds of material and some repairs require certain level of skill, but there was no price list even for basic dry cleaning or alterations items. When expressed my views, owners had shown a very unprofessional attitude which has no place in ethics of business. Unprofessional, pricey for no reason and very low quality of customer service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, HARASSED BY STAFF, CLOTHES CAME BACK DAMAGED. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I went with my fiance to pick up his suit and white shirt that he is having tailored for our wedding in 2 weeks. First of all, the owner practically ignored us while talking on the phone. After about 5 minutes she greeted us with "What do you want?" Nice customer service... She immediately asked us to pay before suggesting my fiance TRY ON the clothes that were being altered. I have NEVER been to an alterations business that let me walk away without trying on what the clothing to ensure I was happy with it. I insisted my fiance try it on, and the owner looked annoyed. First thing we noticed was the white shirt had a huge stain right near the breast pocket that was certainly not there when my fiance brought it in. I was with him when he bought it and it did not have a stain, and he has not ever worn it. This, however, was not enough to convince the owners. They insisted that it was our fault, and when we suggested we use some water right there to see if the stain was set she refused saying, "We cannot do that here". Um, you own a drycleaning business... My fiance, being more forgiving than I, still paid for the suit alterations, but refused to pay for the shirt unless the stain came out. The owner's husband came in and finally agreed to try dry cleaning it. They were going to charge us for drycleaning, which I refused! And throughout this the woman literally slapped my fiance's hand away from the shirt, and pulled it out of my hands. At one point, after at least 15 minutes of arguing in English she says, "I don't speak English" and then said "You pay." Does she think we're idiots? As a business owner myself I cannot fathom how you could treat any customer this way. Take my advice and do not bring your clothes here!

I took my clothes in very good hard plastic and wooden hangers (photos below). They came back with metal wire hangers of poor quality (photo below as well) When I asked for my hangers back, they said my friend had come and pick them up. When I said that no friend of mine had come for the clothes or hangers, they said that I had come before and pick them up. When I said I had been there just once, to drop the clothes, they said I had taken all the hangers back with me that day. Well, I stopped arguing after that, as it was clear they would never admit any wrongdoing or return my original hangers. I’m definitely never going back there again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. If you can’t trust them to return your hangers, how can you trust anything else they say to you.

I don't know why I keep coming back to these guys. Oh yes, now I remember. The good guys burned down a few years ago. I think they're yet to accomplish anything correctly the first time around, and today was the last day. I ask for stuff to be dry cleaned, and they wash it. I asked for medium starch, and there's none. Time to go and try something new. And if you're reading this, take my advice and try someone else.

I gave them 1 white skirt to clean from a wine stain, one week after when I came back to pick up the stain was still there. Though they told me initially no guarantee, and whatever the outcome I would have to pay the full price I still felt they did a lousy job. And how right I was! My wife's friend tried to clean it with her "special" stain remover, and Voila! no stain left...what a crappy dry cleaner!! Don't go there

This is the worst dry cleaning experience I've had. They over charge small tasks compared to other dry cleaning places I've been to and they don't even get the job done. I had a stain on a white shirt which never came off and they still charged me full price. There is absolutely no flexibility on their part and I would avoid this place at all costs.

The owner and the relatives seem to be acting intentionally to improve Google's review. No wonder I found 5 star reviews from the owner's both sons Mr. An. It doesn't necessarily mean bad things. Maybe they're customers of this business as well. Or guess they would have felt so sorry for the bad comment about the business and decided to do so. I believe one of them will take over the business later in the future. With my best. On the other hand, I was satisfied with their service. I can communicate with them well in Korean, they're very nice and kind to me. Happy to be a neighbour of this lovely hidden gem. I have been invited to their special Saturday christian worship, and I am blessed by keep participating it. I truly experienced what the grace is. Thanks God. They promised to be more careful when doong dry cleaning and using bleach. I hope that more people will be satisfied with the services in the future. After all, cheers guys!

Asked this shop multiple times the cost of cleaning a queen size wool duvet and the answer was $35 every single time. When I actually bring in the duvet for cleaning, they charge me $45. Instant increase of $10 on the spot. Such a scam to give a lower quote then jack up the price when items are brought in

Absolutely terrible and this drycleaner does not stand by their work. I went to this cleaner a couple of times and the service was not great, but not a problem either. However the last time was the reason I will never go back. I had brought a silk throw pillow for repair as one of the seams was coming undone. I paid around 15 dollars for the repair and clean of the item. I picked it up with a few items (around a 150 bill total), however when I got home they had only sewed half the seam, and so the other half was still coming apart and ripped. I didnt even get the cover on the pillow before I noticed the damage. I returned and was told by the husband that "it was what I was saying" and I had no proof of what it looked like when I picked it up. I was told I should have checked it when I was paying, and if I wanted the other half of the seam done I would have to pay the full price a second time (it was the same seam.) I even explained I was not mad, or blaming and rather thought it was a fragile fabric, and had come in to see if it was even worth repairing further. That question was never answered as he just continued to blame me and deny there was proof that my story was true (which I could not understand as I was just there to pick it up, and it was clearly the same seam.) The discussion ended with me saying I wouldnt return, and him saying it was my choice. I asked if he was saying I was lying, and he said maybe. I was appalled as I did not go in there blaming them, and I have spent avout 300 total there over the last 6 months (why would I lie about a 15 dollar repair/clean that is clearly their sewing work? After paying hundreds over the last 6 months and dryclean often?) I was not upset in the least when I went back as I had blamed the fabric, but I certainly was when I left. After examining the sewing job, realized they had patched and sewed half the seam, instead of the entire seam so it absolutely was a problem with the work. Having said that it would have been a very quick easy fix for them (and me) and they chose to screw over a customer instead. Did not stand by their work at all, offer any guidance on repair, or comprimise. Paid 15 dollars for nothing, and was a returning customer as I dryclean often but never will go back there again. I also note from other google reviews that I was not the first customer to be called a liar by them, and that was before I had even asked them to do anything (was showing them the problem to see if it could be fixed.) I have reported to the BBB and I encourage others to do the same since reviews indicate this type of service is a pattern, and since so many customers seem to be called "liars" when they question the work.

Terrible experience. Dropped off clothing to get steamed and cleaned. One item that went in clean came out with water spots. Called the owner to see if they would clean it or reimburse us for the charges and we're met with arguments and hostility. Refused to do anything about it. In the end paid over $100 and had an outfit get ruined by them. Do not recommend. Terrible customer service.

Look at all the one star reviews for ruined clothes! I was dismayed to find that the one time I used this dry cleaner, *five* of the eight shirts I had brought for cleaning were ruined: it looked like they had overdone whatever process they used and colours had seeped from the fabrics into other places. I'd had all these shirts for over a year and they had been dry cleaned numerous times with no problem. They were highly treasured shirts I bought abroad that are not easily replaceable. Very annoyed with myself for not checking their ratings before using this dry cleaner.

Took my stuff here to get a flap swapped out on my vest they initially told me it was too thick and I argued with them that it wasn't and explained how to do the job that I wanted she finally agreed I watched her start and she was about to damage a 2000 dollar vest and her machine they do not speak English if they do it's not good English or they are retarded how can you not follow simple direction that was shown how to do the job

Terrible customer service. My husband brought 2 suits to be dry cleaned & have alterations done. The alterations were not completed although we were charged for them. When we brought the suit back I was informed we only paid to get one pant leg hem done & if we wanted the other leg done too it would be 4.50 more. I explained we already paid to have both done ( the receipts from the merchant do not have a breakdown of what was charged). He asked me if I was a dishonest person since I was telling him I already paid. I left the store and lost out on the money I already paid. I do not recommend this dry cleaning service

I would give this place zero stars. My husband dropped his pants off to get hemmed. I went to pick it up today and it was so poorly done...well poorly half done. I've never seen so much thread used before. It was like they had a beginner attempt to do it over and over again but never remove the thread.. Then I realized half the job wasn't even done. You could tell the woman was irriated but she started hand stitching it and gave it back to me. I had to give it right back because she didn't even do that well. All the thread was coming undone. So she took it back and used the sewing machine. Then gave it back to me for the 3rd time now with even more thread and said thank you have a good day. It was so ridiculous. We will NEVER go here again.

If I could leave a zero star rating I would but 1 star is the lowest Google allows... I brought in a pair of rain pants to have a leg zipper replaced Wednesday or Thursday of last week, owner gave me a quote and told me they would be ready the following Wednesday. I come back the following Wednesday (yesterday) to pick them up, not only were they not done but they hadn't even started on them. The owner apologized and said to come back tomorrow and they would be ready, I go back this morning and they've still not even started on them. I told the wife to forget it, I'll go somewhere else. I had the pants in my hands by then and tried to leave, she then tried to rip them out of my hands to get the claim tag off them. The worst dry cleaner experience I've ever had, for someone with a 4 star rating they sure shat the bed on something a simple as replacing a zipper. I definitely will not be going back nor would I recommend them to anyone else...

Worst customer service experience of my life. Dropped my girlfriends dress off there last week and was told it would be ready anytime after Saturday. I come in Monday(today) and the dress was ruined. They blamed it on dress manufacturer and gave no apology or advice on replacement. When I dropped the dress off they gave me no receipt but had asked for name and phone number. I gave them my girlfriends because I wasn't sure who was going to pick up the dress. After an argument about the dress condition the store owner (lady) told me I could not take the dress because I did not have the receipt slip. I told her the man working the week prior never gave me one and she proceeded to call me a liar and claimed it wasn't me who dropped the dress off. She told me it was my girlfriend and she remembers her dropping it off(my girlfriend has never been in their store). She proceeded to keep calling me a liar and a bad person and continued to tell me it was not me who dropped the dress off. She eventually gave me the dress back on the condition that I would stop complaining but refused to give me a copy or any proof of receipt that they had damaged the dress or any proof that I had taken it to their business. Needless to say I will not be a repeat customer and I hope they go out of business. If I could give "0" stars I would have. Also quite the coincidence that the majority of good reviews have the same last name as the store owner..hmmmm

Worst customer service. No accountability for a mistake made on the dry cleaning and steam cleaning. Had the owner yell at me " you people never happy" referring to a poorly steam cleaned Indian sari. Will not be coming back I would not recommend this business for dry cleaning. 0 stars.

WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT GO HERE! I have used them three times to dry clean different items of clothing. Each time, I have had to ask them to re-do the item, because what I asked them to do was not done. I kept giving them chances, but clearly they are not good at what they do. The last item was a jacket, and all I asked them to clean were the underarms. They were not stained, they only smelled, and I wanted the smell gone. They charged me $40 for the cleaning, but when I picked it up the same smell was still there. I asked the lady to do it again, and instead giving me courteous customer service with a smile, she proceeded to smell the dress herself and ARGUED with me that there was no smell! What kind of service is that, where you argue with your customer?!?! I asked her to do it again - and with a frown and a dirty look she told me to come back in a week. When I returned to pick up the dress a week later - the armpits were not done at all!!!!!! They clearly did not even touch the dress again. I could have saved my money and hand washed it with better results, as I have done in the past. I am angry with this awful service, for charging me money and not doing their job, and for their nasty way of treating clients. Sure, when you first arrive, they are very nice and smiling. But they are only friendly when you drop off and when you pay, but they are TERRIBLE when it comes to dealing with any customer complaints. That is when you can really tell is a business is good - and this place has FAILED. They go from smiling to hostile and argumentative the minute you question their work. That is not how you run a successful business. DO NOT ARGUE with your customer! During a complaint, you should be even more gracious and understanding, and not make the customer feel belittled or insulted Re-do the job well, and you are guaranteed that customer will come back again and again. I will NEVER go back to this establishment. There are too many other cleaners out there, and I would rather they got my business. A business should take pride in what they do and strive to do their best by making their clients happy. This place does not. If I could give a zero I would.
